cash now more than mkt cap (5.6m v 4.7m imho) but technicals still look grim with no products expected to come to market for around 2 years. desperately needs a JV or bid rumour to rekindle interest here.

We need to remember the reason why we are invested in this company...

A JV wasn't signed when they were negotiating previously but we knew that there were several interested parties previously...

We are due an update on NPL-2003 very soon and we also know that we now have 2 further near term revenue products added to the pf which are able to be funded with our current cash.

Cash is around 7Mill and the current market cap at current share price is 4.5Mill...

This has been oversold and i believe it is due a correction.

All IMHO and DYOR.

Actually I got it wrong before - if you assume they have pinned down burn then cash is over £6mn so around 20p per share.

Absolutely crazy fall, just had a top up of 18,063 @ 14.7p... cash is around 22-25p!! Huge correction next week i feel... GLA

Timescales seem meaningless in the unrealworld of reseach :

"..........The Board of Henderson Morley plc ("Henderson Morley"), the AIM quoted
biotechnology company, is pleased to announce that it has received a Letter of
Intent (LOI), from a specialist pharmaceutical company based outside the EU, for
the purchase of the intellectual property rights (IPR) of some of Henderson
Morley's human applications in the ICVT portfolio. Henderson Morley has been in
discussions with this party for 8 months.


The proposed sale of this IPR is still subject to further negotiation even
though discussions are now at a stage where it is anticipated that a deal
acceptable to each party will be completed within the next 90 days....... "

You have to laugh at that one ; even though they`ve reached an agreement ,
they haven`t yet reached an agreement !

Its always the same when the price is rising we are all positive when its falling we are all negative. This company has huge prospects; it only needs the right PR to get things moving. At the mo I feel we are seeing a seller being squeezed out once gone the share price will reacted very quickly,

The collapse since the end of September is qite staggering .
I suspect some are disappointed at the lack of information re JV , some expecting information on developments by Autumn (Now passed ?)
Management seeem to be curiously quiet , I`m hoping this is a positive .
I`m still holding , still waiting , but , disappointed .
