On first read the results and progress look good. Apart from UK Escrow each of the business segments have grown and cash conversion is up, and debt down. Given the market strength you would hope this decent performance will kick up the price which was depressed by less positive sentiment about trading a few months back

Growth on going margins up what more do you want from an investment. Broker notes will be bullish I expect

Probably a read across from positive Sophos figures, I know it's a very different business model, but the scribblers can't tell the difference

.... in which case we could be nicely set up for a breakout.

Not new fund manager, its Keith Ashworth Lord. Has had a position for a decent period as has mentioned in his monthly updates before. Just gone above 5% for the first time I think.
FY results due here July 25th so given he's adding would suggest they should be ok.

Good to see a new fund manager coming in apparently from nothing with 5.16%
and thus very easily soaking up the sales of Artemis and Montanero

Because intelligent people recognise that companies produce 100% transparent information in releases to the market, and in no way employ creative accounting / positive spin to protect their share price and investors' confidence in their potential.

Stripping out the refinancing (benign conditions) this is basically a zombie riddled with high staff turnover, onerous leases, dutch and other contracts years behind producing any revenue, and I see on LinkedIn the group financial controller and most of tim kowalskis finance team producing these numbers are all temps.

Behind yesterday's spin, there is no substance in this zombie. It has overextended in too many places not delivering.

And sorry but securing growth transformation delivering? Give us the numbers to prove this. Spin does nothing.

What understanding do you folks have on Market expectations?
For this year past Digital Look has revenue of £254m rising to £280m for this current financial year and PBT at £32,86m rising to £38.79m

Net debt on 31 may 2019 is £28m.
There is also an announcement of a refinancing of ncc debt by syndicate of banks.
Securing growth transformation is behind schedule and costing more than expected

I see that Montanaro transferred out (in specie) 3M shares YESTERDAY.
So the transfer wasn't registered in UK or USA.
