Stripping out the refinancing (benign conditions) this is basically a zombie riddled with high staff turnover, onerous leases, dutch and other contracts years behind producing any revenue, and I see on LinkedIn the group financial controller and most of tim kowalskis finance team producing these numbers are all temps.

Behind yesterday's spin, there is no substance in this zombie. It has overextended in too many places not delivering.

And sorry but securing growth transformation delivering? Give us the numbers to prove this. Spin does nothing.

What understanding do you folks have on Market expectations?
For this year past Digital Look has revenue of £254m rising to £280m for this current financial year and PBT at £32,86m rising to £38.79m

Net debt on 31 may 2019 is £28m.
There is also an announcement of a refinancing of ncc debt by syndicate of banks.
Securing growth transformation is behind schedule and costing more than expected

I see that Montanaro transferred out (in specie) 3M shares YESTERDAY.
So the transfer wasn't registered in UK or USA.

An interesting chart formation has developed. It is an almost exact replay of the first 6 months of 2017.
I suspect it will remain roughly within the recent range until news intervenes - which could be a trading statement possibly in the first week of June, failing which the preliminary finals are expected towards the end of July (23rd??).

Reports still show Coltrane with a 0.91% short position.

Sp is now approaching what I would expect to be a resistance zone. It will be interesting to see how it behaves. The current momentum could persuade previously intending sellers to re-evaluate their stance in the belief that there is no smoke without fire.

It has to be a target at this level. Any suitor would have to pay 220 or above to get it past share holders

Coltrane had a short position of 0.52% in Sept 2016 (presumably acquired at 300+p. They increased this to 0.91% in Jan 2018 at around 200-220p giving them an average around the 260+p region.
The record still shows this remaining (but could be some days behind events) so they may be watching their profits slip away. Closing out on ~2.5M shares could give a further boost; or perhaps their lender would settle for cash although it would appear to be more in the lender's interest to force them to buy in the market and thereby bid up the price of the whole of the lender's holding.
