In my view the fall in the share price is well overdone and I would expect a large bounce back during the next two/three weeks or so.

Can anybody tell me why when I look at the results on money-AM the columns are laid out perfectly, whilst on here they are all out of alignment ?

Not sure what the Board were expecting as the outcome of the RNS today, but can't imagine they were expecting 30% down. I have re read the announcement and can't see any reason for this reaction. No shocks, just some comments re it being a bit slow whilst reiterating profit guidance which some commentators say is up on prior expectation and some down c5%This is a solid business in a growing marketAnyone else got a view?

Agreed. C£1m reduction in expected full year EBIT at £34m cf consensus at c£35m gives rise to 25% fall in share price. Ridiculous.

see they're still talking about difficulty in recruitment/retention,
blame for this may rest with previous management more interested in their share options, hitting their numbers than building a long-term business, or may be these people are just not available in the UK?
same problem at Emis, which cost shareholders £11m+ fine for poor software support,

what's the country coming to when highly educated Osmond and Johnson, the latter with a physiology degree from Oxford, become pile it high, get rich quick pizza and cake salesmen!

Indeed. Unusually for me as a (very!) long-term investor I'd actually sold most of these recently as they were on a high rating at a volatile time for the markets and I just couldn't see much upside.

I sold the rest first thing this morning on the results. Adjusted EBITDA is to be well below forecasts, and any recovery looks like taking a while yet. Cash flows were poor, Escrow was down......well, good luck to all holders.

I'll keep NCC on my watchlist.

Fideleity seem to have itchy feet about this share and have gone above the 5% threshold again.
FMR were previously reported at 4.16% (4th October 2018, not notifiable) having reduced from above 5% a short timw before.

Good to see a non-exec buying £21,000 of shares at 202p:

These Holdings notifications sometimes confuse me.
Why was it issued? It does not appear to notify a threshold crossing - above 5% before and after.
However I have only found a previous notification of under 5% on 24/10/16, so the original 5% crossing sometime in the past 2 years was presumably missed and this rectifies the situation.

Jefferies have a 275p target and say Buy:

"‘Attractive’ NCC turning around, says Jefferies

IT and support services group NCC (NCCG) has moved on a long way since it was in crisis management mode a year ago and the company still remains attractive, says Jefferies.

Analyst Ken Rumph reiterated his ‘buy’ recommendation and target price of 275p on the shares, which rose 2.4% to 206p yesterday.

‘Versus the crisis management still underway a year ago, NCC is now driving its strategic transformation as set out under the new top team at July’s full-year 2018 results,’ he said.

‘With disposals completed, acquisitions lower priority, and a growing cybersecurity market to take advantage of, NCC remains attractive with plenty of room for improvement in margin and cashflow terms in its medium term plan.’"

It's been at 3.75 a couple of years back, but that was fuelled by acquisition led expansion. That appears to be off the agenda for now, so I guess we will have to accept lower growth in share price Would be nice to be back there though......
