HDS, Good point re the buy out of the mobile units jv partner. We were told about this in September, but no details forthcoming yet. Perhaps this is the real reason for this sale now. I have no idea of the value put on the mobile units JV, quite a bit I expect. However, part of the consideration could be in NSO shares.

Nonetheless, for the return of cash, I would plump for a higher return now. Mainly on the basis that it would be a lot of hassle for £1m. So, I am being optimistic and saying that we will get 0.40p per share. I think the co will want to pay out a high figure to show the market how stupidly low the share price is. The directors may also be wanting to get as much money out now before the new tax year so they can get the benefit of taper relief.

If there is a dividend I would guess it to be .20--.25p per share.
They are buying the jv partner out of mobile units company .the asset right off for the jv being sold will need to be maximised to reduce profit margin on the sale . They need to keep working capital available .
A sensible figure to return would be max £1m which equates to .203p per share
Place your bets ,anyone care to try a guess ??

time for a top up?
I think so. Been a holder for the past two years and would continue for the long run.

2008 is likely to be a positive, and transforming year for NSO.

I believe that the share price is unlikely to end the year sub 10p."

Hmmm. Could be right after all.

But pls don't hold me to it!

OMG!!

That's the 1st time in ages that the share price has actually held onto its days-high!

A 1/2p divi would be a 62.5% yield.

level 2 is looking strong 3 vs 1, I see some buying over on the plus markets at the moment, if we get more there and here would take us even further.
