Morning all, cant help thinking that we are in for a very interesting 6 months.Firstly we have the next set of results which should be very good " The lower first half revenues in the joint ventures should be satisfactorily
compensated by increased revenues in the second six months and from new direct
business in Norway which has recently been agreed".We also have "Of note recently is a significant contract to
salvage oil offshore from a vessel wrecked on 11th August off Europa Point,
Gibraltar, which will contribute towards what should be considerably higher
revenues and profit in the second half of 2007".The balance sheet as of jun 2007 has £440k in cash debt free.We should now have if everything goes through after fees something in the region of £2.8 million in cash as well.Sounds like a heap of money that covers the share price without any of the value of the Stavenger plant, the added direct business from Norway, the now fully tested and trialed OTU and most importantly the technology that Nature has fully patented. The management now seem finally to have realised they either grow by producing the OTUs and contracting them out or sell the parts to give shareholders the value locked away in these JV,s .I believe that they have to do one or the other and we should see which over the next six months. Have a good xmas all..regds Micky

I agree,

by the way, getting to the half way mark for the deal to be concluded, bringing us a nice 6$ million

Not trying to be -ive.
I like what they are doing and will get back in as previously if timing permits .I was merely erring on caution ,as some seemed to think that they were going to get bumper pay outs .

How can you see -ive in 6m cash and another 6m valuation on half in the joint ownership.
Most of the business still in place.
I am very +ive, and will add when possible.
Even if we get 0.2-0.3 per share is about 30-50% return on investment?

The cash due to come in equates to about .4p profit per share by my rough calcs.
If they sell they will remove an asset from the balance sheet plus they will loose income going forward .To offset this they will need to invest capital in offshore tanks or some other earner to just stand still turnover wise .
What I am saying is dont spend all that windfall before you get it guys .
