I wonder why?
6m cash+holding on to 50%=say 10m+ the rest of operations......
Now a move to the US market.
I like clean tech.
Could see a lot higher share price imo.

Best-performing small cap was Nature Technology Solutions, which advanced 63
pct, or 0.3000 of a penny, to 0.7750 after the company signed a Letter of Intent
with a substantial Mediterranean-based oil waste group for the sale by NTS of
its 50 pct interest in its Gibraltar-based joint venture, Slop Oil Reception and
Treatment. The proposed consideration payable to NTS is 6 mln usd in cash.

only 2 x 50k, they wouldn't let me get anymore unless I paid a premium, its not much really to be honest but I do see this doubling pretty quick so its extra pocket money either way. Wish I knew about them before hand. Would have been bottom fishing for a while ;-)

Very good but id prefer they use the money to generate sales and revenue...unless they do have some decent contracts under wraps..

many thanks mjcrockett.. i did quickly just read up on the previous RNSs.. to 50% owned.. thats a little shame, but nevertheless good news in the sense, it is being sold higher than book value.. need to value current operations to get a picture of what the share price should be ..
