I think the delay in Gibraltar is probably procedural, and nothing to do with the merits of the proposition.


Returning capital to shareholders? That sounds like a special dividend following the sale. Given that the consideration is almost equal to the current sp, shareholders could get as much as £0.005 per share.

They'll try to knock it back no doubt. But its the only game in town with the technology so its not as if they can go elsewhere.

I for one was suprised at the $6m offer quoted ,given the market cap of the whole company at that time.
I still need to be convinced that due diligence which has been taking place will agree with that valuation .

I believe that the share price is unlikely to end the year sub 10p.

I have all my fingers crossed legs and eyes too toes if i could.

10p would make me to say the least very happy somehow as much as i wish, dont quite think i will be that happy.

2008 is likely to be a positive, and transforming year for NSO.

I believe that the share price is unlikely to end the year sub 10p.

don't know about the share price not being there tomorrow (i.e. @ 0.65), but if the sale is as good as done (bar formalities), + any agreements/deals in the North Sea, especially with Statoil, it would be extremely positive for the share price

somebody just got a bargain .I checked at 4.10 and they were showing max 375000 at .59p .Was sorely tempted but after 250k bought, price will probably not be there tomorrow

Got a few more today at .629p, gradually being sucked back in .
One of my luckier shares though,traded loads in last 3/4years and well in front .
Good job we dont have smellavision on this board as Wednesday could get to be a bit ripe .
