There is talk in the Caspian sea of licences for technology rather than a contract.

What a great way to double the value of a company. On a not so positive side, if NSO distributed all of the £3 million to share holders. It would come to approx 0.006p per share. So if you are looking for 0.005p per share, think again. If I have got this wrong then please feel free in correcting it.

yep, looks good here...should be worth well above 1p imo....significant gain made on the investment being realised and cash of $6M is above mkt cap!

As a substantial holder of NSO I would love to see 3p but where do you get the 3p figure from? Market cap is currently £3m based on this mornings 0.55/0.7p share price.

Once they are sitting on the cash, I'd expect to see the share price match the market cap so anything up to 3p is possible.

as I said earlier a company with a market cap of 3.4 million which is about to recieve 3 million in cash which is basically its market value should be a lot higher than this

Nature Technology So Nature Technology to sell 50 pct in Gibraltar jv for 6 mln usd cash

LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Nature Technology Solutions said it has signed a letter of intent to sell its 50 pct interest in its Gibraltar-based joint venture, Slop Oil Reception and Treatment Ltd, to a Mediterranean-based oil waste group for 6 mln usd in cash.

The company also said it is considering the return of funds to shareholders
in respect of some element of the cash proceeds.
