The sides stress the importance of the expansion of cooperation for resolving Caspian Sea environmental problems, harmonizing national activities for its environment protection, and cooperating with international organizations for the protection of marine biodiversity. The signing of the Tehran Convention on the protection of the marine environment of the Caspian Sea shows that all littoral states consider the protection of the environment an important matter.
Caspian Sea leaders sign declaration.
There has been problems in the past few month.
Now they need NSO to tell them how to clean and keep clean the Caspian sea.
Would they pay any attention?

So thats it?
We're reduced to listening to the Lutine bell waiting for a wreck within range of Gib?
Quick, put the lanterns on the cliffs.

Looks to me like thy're standing still at best.
No units sold and frankly gibraltar isn't cutting the mustard.
You could make more profit than that buying and selling flats in London.
Are these guys in the oil business or not?

I am also positive, in spite of my sarcasm. However I would like to see some more contracts signed. Do they need a top quality salesman?

The results are fairly good IMO. No offshore treatment units sold yet, but turnover is up a lot and with the promise of a better second half it sounds encouraging. However, that may now be the end of newsflow until next June. Patience is required!!
