once monies arrive from the JV sale we could be 3-4p imo. way undervalued, 6 million dollars in within another 40 days, all because no one knows about us (YET) ;-) watch this space,,,, I'm expecting a big rise on reciept of that cash.

I think its undervalued but suspect the market is waiting for the deal to be closed before truly reflecting its value.
You seen the ruby note on the amer thread?

just bought another 40 odd k, no one knows about this yet really. only a few grand invested but should see a very nice return in the short term imo

sharebuff thats what made me buy, no brainer imo, look at GOO they have about 6million and they are worth 10p different market sure but not much difference in cash (50%)

I agree with you Sharebuff. The share price has not fully taken on board the recent announcement. They have said they are looking at returning some of the cash to shareholders. If that really happens then we may see more of an uprating.

In my short experience, thats normal. Its not cash that investors are interested in, its what companies do with the cash that has potential to increase shareholder value.

Is it just me or is there a valuation anomaly here. If the planned JV asset sale realises close to the current market cap, isn't this well under valued ?

as far as I know NSO are financially based in the channel isles and they only have a fixed £600 TAX liability per year. I have might have got this wrong but that is what I have read in NSO reports last year.

The value of $6m dollars to NSO shareholders should be 6.0 divided by the exchange rate of 2.07 divided by 492m - the number of shares. This comes to 0.589p according to me. This ignores any tax liability. On the subject of which, do NSO have any losses to offet against this gain? They must have.
