03/6/2021 07:34 | Too early lol. | spawny100
03/6/2021 07:28 | Added a few just under 9.2. Happy with that. | spawny100
03/6/2021 07:20 | Well its hit £9.21 a little worse than my prediction of £9.24. Still falling. Like I said it nearly always falls divi + 10 or 20% of divi= 32.16 + 3.1p or 6.1p = 36p or 39p ie expected £9.24 or £9.21 | utyinv
03/6/2021 07:10 | Bounty, its not 9:00 o’clock yet. Computer algorithms kick in at 9. I still think sub £9.30 before it starts to recover | utyinv
03/6/2021 07:08 | Will recover most over the next few day, SVT did similar recently | davethehorse
03/6/2021 07:05 | 931 start, so not bad at all on this occasion! | bountyhunter
02/6/2021 19:27 | So let's say 960 - (36*1.15) = 918.6 open? (given that NGG has been roughly flat since 16:30 BST) [arithmetic corrected!] 924 if just deduct the Divi from the close of 960 | bountyhunter
02/6/2021 19:24 | Given the recent uptrend I suspect we might well be pleasantly surprised tomorrow with a close of less than 36p down at the end of the day. Normally the drop at least initially does exceed the XD amount though I agree. | bountyhunter
02/6/2021 19:00 | Hi guys, Talk about fall back, its usual for the price to drop divi+ 10-20% of divi, ie, if divi 32.16p don’t be surprised for the price to fall 36p. I expect the share price to fall from £9.60 to £9.24 short term, before recovering. Any pull back less than 36p is a bonus. | utyinv
02/6/2021 15:21 | 9.40 looks like the fall back at the worst. But you never know. | 1carus
02/6/2021 14:07 | Absolutely, a fall larger than 3.38% would be very disappointing | davetedjack
02/6/2021 13:51 | Hopefully the drop will not be bigger than the divi. | 1carus
02/6/2021 08:49 | Bought in last week and will hold post div :-) | davethehorse
02/6/2021 08:16 | Ex Div tomorrow 32.16p giving 3.38% final dividend Will rise today and fall tomorrow but what a good share to hold. Good luck to all | davetedjack
01/6/2021 10:08 | That's a bit more like it should see plenty of buying on the run up to ex div | davethehorse
28/5/2021 16:37 | Hedge Fund parasites trying to get these on the cheap. Force the share price low, buy back just before ex-divi, collect the divi and dump. That's why in my view I would make short selling illegal. There should be a two week window before you could buy back the shares you sold. That would allow legitimate trading but deter shyster hedge fund sharks that think about 'now' and not tomorrow. | newbank
28/5/2021 11:47 | Just bought in here fingers x'ed | davethehorse
28/5/2021 11:34 | You're welcome ☺️ | bountyhunter
27/5/2021 21:38 | BH... Thanks for the updates to the header - both here and on some of your other threads | gateside
27/5/2021 19:41 | about to post the same lol! | bountyhunter
27/5/2021 13:05 | Spoke too soon Bounty😂 | utyinv
26/5/2021 18:44 | On a roll here at last! It's been a long wait! Ftse and Dow levels added on first line of header. | bountyhunter
21/5/2021 15:09 | The figures tally. They probably wouldn't have issued replacement certificates. A short covering note to explain, should be enough. | bluemango |
