The figures tally. They probably wouldn't have issued replacement certificates. A short covering note to explain, should be enough.

John, they had a 11 for every 12 shares consolidation in May 2017. Might need a covering note to make that clear.

Can someone help me out here. I have National Grid plc share cert for 139 shares issued in 2005.

I have a payment cert up until 5 Aug 2015 still indicating 139 shares. The next dividend payment slip I have says 127 shares in November 2017. Up until this day. My last correspondence in March this year.

Is that share cert still valid because I just sold on shareview online only to notice the discrepancy and they're expecting me to send back the cert. I'm hoping it's still valid.

RWE AG subsidiary RWE Renewables GmbH and the U.S. National Grid have entered into a partnership agreement to develop offshore wind projects in Northeast U.S., RWE said Thursday.

Under the agreement, the companies are set to jointly bid in the New York Bight seabed lease auction, RWE said. It added that the development of offshore wind projects will contribute to New York state's target of bringing 9,000 megawatts of offshore wind online by 2035.
