to all the above, it is a new industry in development.
until it becomes established, sales don't exist.
some conributors on here suffer from cart before horse syndrome.

A truly transformational year.

Or is it just the same as last year?

Spike it looks like 80% of the TV manufacturers will be based on Nanoco's CFQD and it's looking good in the science department and they need a partner for holticulture to start immediate supply.

I thought Mike Walters' questions were excellent. The pause before ME didn't really answer about Nanoco's dots being in Samsung TVs this year or next was telling. If Samsung are predicting an increase in sales that Hansoi cannot cover, where else are they going to go?

I'm with syd on this CES17 is the real test, if nothing really significant before that.

Bagpuss: you have sold out and talk of shorting - yes that would suit you wouldn't it, you should be ashamed for such self interest promotion!

Best wishes - Mike

One more deal to come with the likes of WH,Nanosys cash running short as 3M can't get orders.LG to bring out its new version of QD tv.About 6 million expected from Runcorn this year plus royalties.. It was a great presentation going forward.Lets see where Nanoco stands by CES17 and beyond.

Initial date for tv release last year in time for thanks giving. In that time Samsung has been selling quite a few. Nanoco has the "best" and sold none. Excuse "customs hold up"

No actual dates for anything. Maybe a new factory in the future. Again come back in 12 months.

It's going to get shorted to pieces in the knowledge that revenues are not coming in the next few months. There were some pretty weak comments in the presentation as well as the RNS and I think the vultures will sense the opportunity to take this down to 40p to complete the sort of head and shoulders shape on the chart.

I think you may be right. I don't see catalysts for upside yet. I'm prepared to buy back in lower or after any good enough news. I've done well enough here from 42p up to 62p.

ME is indeed very low key - personally I prefer that to 'excessive' enthusiasm that sounds like a snake oil salesman. To me it makes his claims more believable. Also worth remembering he may have flown-in overnight or yesterday, either way he is talking at 5a.m. his time (East coast) and 2 a.m. (if west coast).

Has he lied before about needing funding, if not then, quite probably they don't.

Best wishes - Mike

End of QD vision end of OSRAM agreement focusing on Hotriculture,DOW to supply Samsung from Mike Walters QnA,Germany ready to decide on ROHS I'm sure Merck will play a part in that decision.TCL and others looking to WH for supply with QD vision out of the picture with TV.THERE will be no more fundraising Required....

When will investors take notice of the likes of warren buffet - do your research buy and hold. Trading in and out is just giving money to the brokers and MMs

Out. After three years. Think this will tank again as predicted by slippy. Now saying may move away from Osram and QLED more than R years away. May come back in at 40p and may consider shorting until then.

Sadly despite the carrot that ME just dangled about Dots in Samsung TVS by the end of the year. I think on reflection many will reduce after the call as it could be months before anything concrete.

Agree he's not the best presenter. My guess is inability to answer question on products on shelves is down to it not being his place to announce the TV manufacturers plans for this. Although why he can't just say that I don't know.Anyway, no cash raise required he just said.

Very flat..from ME. Feels to me from th presentation that it's going to be six months at least before things pick up. Can see this going to 40p again before taking off.

It's a pity that the quality of the product is not reflected in the quality of management in making a viable business from it. I am hanging in there on the basis that the product should sell in greater volume going forward, but how long do I give it ...? For those who too believe in the product, the price fall back is an opportunity to buy in or add. Let's see what happens...
