Interesting news from today's Wall Street Journal:

China's Sanan Optoelectronics Corporation is in discussions to take-over Osram Licht AG. Osram, as many of you know, was spun out of Siemens AG in 2013.

Osram's 2015 revenue was 5.6 Billion Euro. Market cap now approx 6 Billion Euro.

Now that could be very interesting for Nano as Osram and Nano have long-standing joint-development agreement, which has yet to bear fruit. Another dimension of the "platform technology".
