What's closing in on grifter Tenner?
May I suggest the forthcoming legal action of Mr Hamoodi v LOAM & the potential release of certain transcripts of late night telephone calls and other things.

Katsy - no real inside info….just a big punter suggesting to me the heat is on. We are all unknown to each other on this BB. The views of this management team are complicated and have achieved a large divide with investors….i would advise you not to trust anyone - and that obviously includes me.

My view fwiw - BT has little time to come straight with the situation…the market does not trust him.

We have virtually a cash value only price - how can that continue?

DieGrootKrokodil..no risk at all ..all shareholders need to be treated equally.
This can sometimes be difficult to judge if there is a large on market share buy back but in the case of a tender ,special dividend , split share for income/capital distribution then there’s a level playfield. The shares are clearly not ex entitlement yet and they will need to give good notice of the timetable of whatever method of distribution is eventually decided on. So buying shares today would definately mean you get whatever distribution comes down the line.

Is there a risk that the Samsung money will only go to the holders of the shares at that time, and the carpet baggers will end up only with the discounted stock?

And meanwhile, Samsung continue game-playing:

Samsung is making it harder to know what type of OLED TV you’re getting
QD-OLED or classic WOLED? Samsung reportedly won't tell.

Samsung rejuvenated the OLED TV market when its display manufacturing subsidiary, Samsung Display, announced QD-OLED two years ago. Quantum dot-infused OLED panels brought the promise of richer color compared to LG Display's white OLED panels (WOLED) and represented a viable competitor to what had become OLED TVs' only option. Various companies, from Samsung Electronics to Sony, bragged about the purported advantages QD-OLED brought over WOLED. Samsung is not so boastful these days.

Samsung's 2024 OLED TV lineup will feature TVs that use QD-OLED and WOLED panels. Samsung started doing this last year with the 83-inch S90C. But this year, it will reportedly be even harder to tell if a new Samsung OLED TV has quantum dots.

Beeezzz - why would you be surprised if we don’t hear anything before results end of this month?

BT said on the 24th January - “The Group is finalising its proposals for the amount and structure of the return of capital which can now go ahead following this receipt of the second tranche of litigation proceeds. The Group expects to update shareholders shortly” it is now the 6th March, so the capital that could now go ahead on the 24th January - has still not gone ahead.

The guy is dangerous!

I'll be surprised if we hear anything before results end of this month now, will give indication of cash burn, which will influence payout, it would be prudent to expect lower end of statement ie £33m 10p...

Maybe we should all rock over to the Angle Plc BB and have a nosey at what's happening with Bones698 investment there..his average holding 40p AGL share price 15p and running out of cash, and excuses fast..

I just wish we could have less smoke and mirrors. I guess these people actually believe the hogwash they spout - But to me words are just words until the promised (or intimated) action puts in an appearance.I am getting a bad, bad feeling - I got burned by Torotrak a few years ago, another IP licensing company that hadn't licensed the product - and Nano is stating to look remarkably similar.Anyway, I hope it comes good for all our portfolio's sake!

JPH, I had similar thoughts. I wonder if the new NEDs (one in post since 1st Feb, one coming 5th April) have suggested having another look at what the management were planning to do with the cash (or do with the whole company for that matter)? With ageing patents and STMicro overlap (Nanoco having to get chip fab in-house to speed up development work for STmicro), maybe its time to consider a bigger change.
