25/5/2017 16:46 | The wah hong revenue was said to be imminent. Yes you can borrow if you have cash flow and can service and repay the debt. Nano don't have cash flow. I was hoping for the first revenue soon from wah hong as anticipated at the Agm. If it's delayed until later in the year then they may need to try and raise equity funding again but there will be a price. Shorts have stopped closing and major shareholders reducing. Just a bit unsettling. For me anyway | bagpuss67
25/5/2017 16:23 | When I spoke to Caroline Watson a few weeks ago she said imminent orders could be coming from Dow and/or Wah Hong. | nowenterprise
25/5/2017 16:15 | You can always get cash if you can show income, be it from Dow or Wah Hong or Merck. Nano have survived for 15 years without an income stream. As a previous poster mentioned, the claims of Nano going bust are complete nonsense. There's nothing wrong with a Dow supply to the Chinese. They pay royalties every quarter.. Plus Wah Hong may have some other clients in the wings.. | kuss1
25/5/2017 16:09 | Kiss. But way hong was the expected short term income. In case you hadn't noticed the company is running out of cash. | bagpuss67
25/5/2017 12:50 | kuss, yep agreed, I had always understood the Dow deal to be a longer term benefit. But I don't see how there is a real issue with having Runcorn and Dow, they simply have different purposes I think. Won't Nano scale back Runcorn when the time comes anyway? | nowenterprise
25/5/2017 12:43 | Yes, short-term manufacturing for Merck is a positive, but longer-term Runcorn won't be able to compete with a Dow or Merck dedicated factory. ME has said as much.. | kuss1
25/5/2017 12:40 | Bagpuss, Hisense is one of the prototype developers using Nanoco dots exhibited at CES in January? Can you please elaborate on your concern about their presence at the Dow / Kangde Xin launch? kuss, Merck are relying on Nano's manufacturing for the time being, they cannot produce at the moment but they are marketing so the fact that Nano can supply them is a good thing in my book. | nowenterprise
25/5/2017 12:30 | Dow are configured to be much more efficient than Nano. Personally, I would prefer all the production to go to Merck and Dow and for Nano to remain a science hub. All the costs of production will fall to the manufacturers with Nano getting a healthy royalty. That was always the strength of the Nano business model. | kuss1
25/5/2017 12:15 | I'm still concerned about the presence of hisense at the Dow kangde xin launch. Nano stolen defeat from the jaws of victory again at the hands on Dow? | bagpuss67
25/5/2017 10:24 | Would have hoped to see something reported about the talk by Dr Picket at SID Display Week... Anyone else got any info about how it went? | nowenterprise
25/5/2017 03:36 | Bagpuss and NT have called the shots but I still wonder about the BIG buys at 44.50 ... 41.25.The recent RNS stated by ME says it's all going to plan :) | syd7777
24/5/2017 16:58 | The weekly chart shows CMF still above 0. I see a slight upward pressure still, although it's only half way through the week so it may be neutralised by then. | nowenterprise
24/5/2017 15:46 | boris, not sure about the weekly chart - it looks like it might have topped out at the downtrend resistance. If the price drops the next day or two then you may get either a bearish engulfing pattern or dark cloud cover pattern developing which wouldn't be great. Price seems to be struggling to get over the daily downtrend resistance again - which i have at 41.25 today. Buying pressure seems to have disappeared... Just my thoughts... NT | night terrors
24/5/2017 13:24 | iceberg sellers offloading today seen x9 2,500 in the last couple of hours & x7 25,000 so if it's been split into x10 (10% chunks) then more to come | hannath
24/5/2017 12:42 | Mornin' nice li'l breather. Have actually taken a few more - the weekly chart continues to look interesting. Some very strong buying over the last week or so but on no cast iron news that would specifically warrant such a move. I guess we'll know soon enough. Gl. | boris cobaka
24/5/2017 11:25 | Hopeful Sales Boost?"Wednesday, May 24 at 4:30-4:50 pm PDT (Room 515B), Dr. Pickett will share information about the latest innovations in cadmium-free quantum dot technology, increasingly sought after by leading global display manufacturers today,....."Hope all these presentations attract some good potential customers. Also good, if nano could tweet more, on this .. | jfacwc
23/5/2017 19:26 | We're a long way off profit. At the present just looking for sufficient sales to break even, so they can continue without a cash call. Perhaps the big companies are waiting for Merck to be up and running before switching to cfqd? | andycapped
23/5/2017 17:47 | Weird thing was that the 650k sell barely budged the sp, so I'm guessing (and hoping) a delayed buy matched it. We'll see what tomorrow brings. | nowenterprise
23/5/2017 17:40 | I'm reasonably expectant of some sales announcement by end of July, and I see no real reason for such sales to be 'ginormous'. But any commercial orders that starts the ball rolling will be enough as far as I'm concerned. | nowenterprise
23/5/2017 17:31 | Or the de-rampers would have you disbelieve. Make up you own mind and hope you get it right. | riskblue
23/5/2017 17:18 | nowent, no doubt selling because nano is about to announce ginormous sales figures, or so the rampers on here would have you believe. | notimpressed
23/5/2017 16:21 | Wow, just been 650K sell at 40.90 ... | nowenterprise
23/5/2017 15:08 | Thanks Syd, yes the Kyulux venture is very promising. | nowenterprise
23/5/2017 14:46 | Do any of you good folks know much about this "Vivid Color Technology" by PixelDisplay? They will be at SID as well. hxxp://www.prnewswir | nowenterprise |
