They won't be ignored if the directors have been underhand, I for one will be forcing an enquiry into this situation. Its starting to get under my skin to say the least.I would strongly suggest everyone invested does exactly the same. Push, push, and push for answers.

You would have thought by now there should have been a RNS stating there intention solution found or not. Very upsetting to say the least shareholders left completely ignored.

Shareholder action sounds interesting, barnes.
Out of curiosity: what would the focus of it be?
It makes total sense to persue if VAT is resolved. The company should have announced it and got back to completing the placing & lifted the suspension on the shares.
I can't work out what Amir has told/shown you, Stock, to convince you that Tom has told him it is sorted?

As I said yesterday, if VAT isn't resolved, the the company can't raise, and will run out of cash. Nobody will put new money in to it with £3.5m VAT bill hanging over it.

Aside from frustratingly not giving an update over the past few weeks, what have the current BoD actually done wrong?

If we find out VAT hasn't been resolved, then I think we need to look closely at what Amir has been told.
