Right ... maybeeeee good news maybe....called again henrick nor available but he has sent the woman i spoke to an email as ive called 10 times today she said he told her he cant help but an rns will be put out in the next week or so... she could Tell i was very anxious and she said i dont think its going into admin i asked why dont you think this .. she said its just a rumour i then said so hopefully a placing sorted she said yes.. working for novum as their broker she must know even though i say this im not pinning my hopes

A Pre-Pack Administration is where the buyer of the business has been agreed before the date of the Administration order. On the date of Administration the business is sold and then the majority of the creditors, shareholders and employees are notified after the event. Pre-packs were designed to preserve the value of the business by allowing a very quick sale.
The sale must be at a fair market value and this is often to the existing directors or shareholders which is completely legal.
Well if it is in admin we will know once it completes still dont think it will come bsck

Tony called again Henrick on lunch but she told me i dont think they have gone in to liquidation but cant be of more help and i am waiting on Henricks call now i tols her someone told me mpm is nor showing on your system she said yes that was me because ahe was looking outdated something..
