Let's not cut Amir off completely, if this goes to the wall and it does seem that way we will need to come together as shareholders to bring this to the attention of FCA. Like you said we won't get our money back but a little justice maybe.

Stock I have always taken Amir's posts with caution but again why build up people's hopes what does he gain, absolute nothing. You have tried to communicate with company directly and I admire you for that. Not sure what as shareholders we can do to at least have this investigated.

Yajanas Amir is a known liar, some ask why would he lie when we are suspended, no idea maybe he just wants to comfort himself and is not accepting that it probably wont come back he said the vat issue was resolved 2-3 days post suspension rns yet no rns the guy is a sick person

Stock let's just get official RNS and then plan of action will be to inform authorities, this will need investigating either way.

We have completed a pre-pack administration inside 4 days, but this is the exception rather than the norm. Buying a business through a pre-pack administration tends to take a minimum of 2-3 weeks from consulting us until it happens. This is because of the marketing and valuation of the business that must take place before a sale occurs to make sure the right price is achieved. This timescale is the same when directors buy their own business back through this process. During this process your business can often be given protection from creditor action from the moment you consult us up to the point the pre-pack administration takes place.

Some research online... is this whats happening should they not rns as soon as the process starts? Or do they normally do it on ce its completed?

This bit of info might force an RNS: Anyone heard of this - Da Vinci Opco Limited is an active company incorporated on 7 November 2019 with the registered office located in London, Greater London. Da Vinci Opco Limited has been running for 7 days. There are currently 2 active directors according to the latest confirmation statement submitted on 7th November 2019.

And the directors are:

Pre pack can be done in a week or two as you’ve already said Stock, everything’s sorted before the administrator is appointed. Dead dog and a scam. Looked at the core business 2 years back, was tempted by share price until I looked into it.

Process to appoint adminidtrator can take weeks valuations etc did some research on google this is why they are probably in meetings etc not becsuse its coming back

Rob just checked companies house and it is not in administration/desolved. Then again we kind of knew that from recent contact with company staff.
