geoff no Stuart did not specifically sat this even if he knew i doubt he would. O asked hin why they are not answering calls he said they have had threats via email and im sure its nothing sinister. He said the situation still stands as per rns and they are trying to find a solution. I asked if vat resolved he said i wouldnt know or thats news to me cant remember his exact words. i am very confident Amir is telling the truth but he has stopped respobding to Amir too, his exact words to amir were we’re out of the mud just need to work on placing. I asked stuart about admin he said it would have to be rns’s immediately so im assuming they are still working on a solution imo so i really dont know how it will pan out

Right then....this is not a surprise. Did anyone actually look at their interims? The video that they put out in April claimed they were taking over the world...pretty sure this was criminal...as turns out they made a loss on that Allay deal, and only told us about the revenue NOT the ctlrazy cost. Funny how their former CEO has left along with the chairman rather swiftly....BUT the FD remains I see

Just spoken to Stuart from fincap. Usually its Henrick that deals with it but he’s not in. He told me them not answering calls is nothing sinister but they have got alot of threatening emails he said.. i asked if vat has been resolved he said no idea and they are still trying to find a solution, has it gone into admin .. not as far as im aware. They are still battering away to find a solution he said so tbh its 50/50 could go either way Imo

Morning, I've tried to call this morning, with no reply. its not looking promising is it afraid guys.I would suggest everyone invested, writes a letter to the FCA with there concerns.They have misled the market imo and shareholders have lost a lot money.Not acceptable, they need to make an example of these situations, and not just ignore them.

Tony dont think they were hiding anything but after doing some research on google its a process that can take weeks.. they will only let shareholders know when it officially goes througg admin so the process has peobably started

Nomad was hiding something then.. stock it may be worth filing all you conversations with company I know FCA will probably never pick this up but at least we tried.. This is unacceptable imo...

IM trying to think of a valid reason why they’re not answering, its not coz they are avoiding us as ive called from various numbers and they are a business... only logical explanation is they are no longer trading and admin will be announced once it officially goes through

What are your expecting him to tell you, stock? He'll be bound by rules about engaging individual investors with sensitive information.
If he did speak to Amir about VAT, that will be a big issue for Tom - as they haven't announced anything. Are you certain he has?
For me, the VAT is a big factor in all of this, and I just can't see how it will have been resolved so quickly!

I honestly thought there was a glimmer of hope but having heard that no calls being taken,
and calls not being answered this is deeply disturbing. One could just make a trip and try and catch Tom at his office.

Stock worrying yes but until we get an RNS it's just going to be concern. Maybe Amir could give his opinion on why the calls are not being answered.
