01/7/2022 17:47 | Dan_the_Epic6 Mar '20 - 22:33 - 806 of 1604 Edit 0 0 0 cant tell if serious? Need to open your eyes to the downside as well as the upside. This is a hugely geared business. It could easily do 10p or even 5p eps if the going gets tough in the world and businesses defer spending. in 2018 it only did 4.5p!! //////////////////// This still applies today when the recession hits this year and next | ![]() dan_the_epic
01/7/2022 14:56 | FREYR announced it had sanctioned construction their first gigafactory this week. I believe it is more than likely Mpac will get the contract for casting and unit cell assembly and that the size will be game-changing. There's a full writeup on my blog here: | leoinvestoruk
23/6/2022 17:50 | Not unusual. Same has happened the last 2 years (granted - not as steep a drop as per so far) but bounced very nicely after a July trading update.I am mulling over buying more but it would need to be an exceptional TU I fear... This market is only for the brave or stupid. | ![]() zimbtrader

23/6/2022 10:36 | Very weak recently (I guess in line with the market) but took the opportunity to buy a small position. Recent trading updates looked fine and rising bond yields should be good for the pension surplus too. | ![]() riverman77
29/4/2022 10:30 | CT- Thanks - In this volatile market timing appears to be critical. Will continue to watch and improve my knowledge of the company. Your input most useful. | ![]() pugugly
22/4/2022 13:32 | To be fair it moved up 25% from that silly spike down 400 to 520 area. I still like the story but did sell 2 lots of 5000 early this week . Think i got just over 517 on each. i still see upside but fear it might be lumpy tiger | ![]() castleford tiger
21/4/2022 16:12 | Basically gone nowhere since tipped by "Small Cap Veteran" in Feb 2021 - So why buy now? Almost looks as though run out of steam and currently massive disruption in supply chains. Look at McBride tipped at the same time. Down some 60% "https://www.researc MPAC Group (MPAC) – mkt cap £102m, price 505p This company was founded in 1874 and is based in Coventry. Previously known as Molins, this group changed its name in 2018. It provides packaging and automation solutions to the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and food and beverage sectors worldwide. Some 80% of its revenues are generated outside of the UK. The company designs, manufactures, and engineers packaging solutions, automation and secondary packaging equipment, end-of-line robotic with integrated testing solutions, turnkey solutions, and the design and integration of packaging systems. It offers the cartoning and case packing of bags, stick packs, pouches, and flow wrapped products. The company also provides pre-owned and rental machines, as well as turnkey solutions, including design and integration of packaging systems. The group’s client list, amongst hundreds of others, includes AstraZeneca, 3M, Kellogg’s, Unilever, ConvaTec, Johnson & Johnson, Nestlé, Bausch + Lomb GlaxoSmithKline, Procter & Gamble, Philips Advent, Diageo, Ferrero, and CooperVision. Analyst Paul Hill at Equity Development concluded that the group had entered 2021 in excellent shape. The early January Trading Update suggested that 2020 adjusted profits would be ahead of expectations. The group, whose shares have trebled in the last year, should be announcing its finals to end December 2020 in the first week of March. Its CEO Tony Steels, who will report a robust performance for last year, is confident of a positive outlook for 2021. | ![]() pugugly

17/3/2022 22:43 | A dry day indeed. I actually live in Cheltenham, no more than half a mile from the racecourse. Always a great week. This festival is too busy for me so I just go into town... do a few bars and watch the races on the screens. Great buzz about the place all week. Anyway very happy with my MPAC holding.. there must be quite a few other good companies out there with similar potential too. | ![]() npp62
