I'm not expecting great results or divs on the 28th for the period reported, its all about outlook and digital costs falling away going forward for me. We will see.

Paying another dividend would give me confidence They did say they had traded profitably through the worst of lockdown Plus though likely to show loss, it's down to non cash provisions, so should be taken with a pinch of salt and one should look at the underlying cash picture

I didn’t say punters would sell. Just don’t think there’ll be much buying, as there’s a limited number of pi recovery share buyers - at least judging by advfn, which I probably shouldn’t.

Its the old problem of buying low, as there’s no rising share price to give confidence if folk are working on a low level of research

Also yump the trading update for the first four months of the year saw the shares jump to 60p when it was released July - why would punters react negatively to figures 90% are already in public domain ?

Interims won't look very pretty because of post balance sheet events and the first half being across the summer, although there would have been a lessening of covid impact because lockdown was lifted. There won't be a flood of traders or pi's buying.

The serious money will be looking ahead to see whether in a year's time, this will seem a cheap price.

I imagine chartists might say it was likely it would revisit the 40p area, although 40p isn't significant except as a support/resistance level, although fairly minor. Breaking 50p might take a while. It was a significant barrier on the way down.

If there's still an appetite for shares in some funds, this sort of area should be attractive at some point.

Best stick to gambling short term on oilers, if you're going to read something into everything selectively.

There is no raise Ron, it moved up in the last 3 weeks over 40%. The recent interview said "They would not rule out a raise later next year, if they needed one for an acquisition" I don't see a 7% intraday micro cap movement a reason to mention a raise or a large seller.

Disappointing so far.Mentioned GKP to you the other day at 98p now 113.80Reckon it's got 300 all over it this time next year because if increased production and higher oil price.
