Reminder posted by Magnum Opus a few weeks agoEuropean Express Enterprises is the investment vehicle of the Cosmen family, the people who sold ALSA to National Express, would assume they have ear to ground

Just sold out of this at 76.5. Perhaps too soon. Nonetheless - wish current shareholders the best.

Hadnt realised interrst payments were so high. Crippling indeed. Dividend suspension should go some way to offsetting that. You would think management/ finance director would have had the foresight to see it coming. Inflation heading in right direction so potential for rate cuts going forward. If labour get in end of next year and public spending/ borrowing skyrocket, who knows? Long term av uk base rate around 4.5% so no return to cheap money any time soon.disposals therefore necessary. Better value elsewhere.

If companies and consumers are indebted all the reasons rate cuts will be tweaked...no admin in charge will want major crashes during their tenure...

Debt here is too much.

Simply put: In excess of £200,000 per day interest charges.

Market Cap about a third of debt.

The profitable part of the business going up for sale. How is that going to affect Free Cash Flow? I doubt that a good sale will have much impact on this crippling debt,

Dividend suspended.

Have you not seen this all before?

Wake up folks.

Thanks
