13/11/2023 08:52 | Is it a British company or US company?... | diku
12/11/2023 18:14 | Meh it's not the same, National Express coaches are not the most significant part of the company so it didn't make sense. It was like Coca Cola being called Sprite. | locky82
12/11/2023 17:46 | Reminds me of the idiot who changed the Royal Mail (one of the best known brands in the world) to Consignia. That didn't end well either. | billy two cocks

08/11/2023 08:56 | As you might see from my previous posts, then I'm very negatively critical of their bus services (NX West Midlsnds). However, I have had some good experiences with their coach services, which I use quite often now. Digbeth Coach Station (Birmingham) is usually quite busy, as are the coaches arriving and departing there. I've never been on one this year that hasn't been at least 50% full. Also noticed some people turning up and getting tickets at the machines just before their journey - they have to pay full fare doing that - so a nice profit margin on those tickets. | livewireplus
08/11/2023 07:58 | Dire, I often see one or two of their coaches parked up with nothing to do, driver just reading a book, no room at Victoria terminus, looks like they are cutting back on scheduling many of the coaches leaving or entering London have hardly anyone onboard, unless it’s prime time weekend Not sure where this one is going but just because it looks cheap doesn’t make it an investment imo GL | ny boy

04/11/2023 21:29 | That's terrible, I can't defend their customer service but you should definitely e-mail or write explaining the situation, the bus service and the actions of the driver. Drivers like that need to be sacked. https://www.resolver | hatfullofsky
01/11/2023 08:36 | Lots of companies are getting rid of manned staff...all these online communications is getting farcical... | diku
31/10/2023 23:52 | Bloody useless and unsafe company. My son was booked on the 22.40 National Express from Heathrow to Gatwick this evening. The coach arrives 10 minutes late on stand, my son walks towards the still closed door of the coach to board the coach and the driver starts reversing off stand after only being on stand for no more than 30 seconds so my sons starts banging on the door to be let on board, the driver doesn't stop instead carries on reversing leaving my son behind and in a distressed situation. The actions of the driver were both extremely dangerous as could of lead to physical harm or injury being caused to my son and completely customer unfriendly. There is no National Express representative at Heathrow for my son to go and see about what had happened as they had all left and no customer service phone for my son to call as only operates from 8am to 8pm. National Express do not give an e-mail address to write too, just some on-line complaints form that is too generalised to be of any real good. At main coach stations such as airports etc as long as services are operating there needs to be someone from National Express there for safety and to sort out any problems and as National Express is a 24 hour operator, they need to have 24/7 phone lines in operations. | loganair
24/10/2023 19:00 | What was Jefferies doing keeping at 160p all this time?...all these price targets are farcical with so many variables out there at any given time... | diku
