After the supposed US fire sale, the profit will come from ALSA, i.e. where in excess of 50% of group profits already come from.

Mobico are also only putting US School Bus up for sale, they're intending to retain US Shuttle & Transit

£200m plus ebitda in 2024 is pretty healthy, anything around the 10% mark is. If we cleared debt and ebitda fell to £150-£175m with carve out of Buses a 10x multiple would put us at three times current share price.

NA is c55-60% the size of First Groups NA business which it offloaded 2 years ago for £3.3bn. They paid a 30% special divide t and share price rose 10% on the day.

Revenue of c£700m-£1bn

It’s a big number but very difficult to estimate. £600m to £1.5bn.

It could clear most of our debt

When it lands the only way the share price is going is 🆙
