I assumed from the lack of buying and the low sell limits that we are all suspecting the same but didn’t want to say it, I’m extremely happy with today’s RNS and certainly not going anywhere.

That is a realistic aspiration presumably this will be linked to the loan position being

Im expecting a smallish placing @1p, raising enough to get us to the first parcel of land sale or JV, I’ll be extremely happy if we don’t get diluted further however.

Martin Gilbert's recently become a director of Flotation Energy PLC whose main activity is the identification and development of off-shore wind energy projects ( adding 1 + 1 and making 3!).

Good to get an update, getting a grant would really light the torch paper - here’s hoping.

I am relatively new here having only been here just under 11 months, the next update now is a crucial one for me, what that plan looks like and can we have some sort of tangible progress.

Potentially Euro 10m -30m in aid (depending how the project is split) also rather dwarfs the market cap. Mergos will also change the perception of the company in Greece.

Progress is being made albeit slow as usual. The chasm between the market cap and the asset value should narrow because they are moving forward and the dev laws are a vital part of making the asset more attractive to potential investors.

It looks to me that prospective investors expect a “shovel ready” development plan before they commit themselves, hence the company’s requirement to complete negotiations with the Foundation and deepen the relationship with Deloitte. It seems they are raising the quality of the development, as per luxury tourism.
