Well with a mkt cap of under GBP 7m then could go either way depending on news / sentiment - so was EUA when it was going for a few tenths of a penny. Time will tell .... :-) ....

Just catching up, and I see many of you have lost your sense of humour along with your money in this, to date (we all do that at times, sometimes big losses but we learn - sometimes).

As I have said before the research posted on this thread is second to none but that does not alter the fact that it just seems to some followers that investors are being screwed over with loan term deals etc as NYB has pointed out but like myself wishes you all well, and keeps watching this in the hope of jumping in on the momentum trading - if it comes.

Greek Parliament approves new development bill



A bill of the Development & Investments Ministry which relates to Greece's future growth and production strategy was approved in a plenary session at Parliament on Wednesday evening.

The country's new development law will provide the foundation for Greece's new productivity model for many years to come, officials including Development & Investments Minister Adonis Georgiadis said. "If during its implementation we see that some regulations are truly obstructive, we shall amend them, taking into account well-intentioned observations made," Georgiadis asserted.

It annoys me when bashers appear and post repeatedly, and then people respond. I just filter them. We know far more about this company than these people, and this forum is for investors. If investors want to post the downsides, that’s fine. But bashers have nothing worth listening to and they just deflect our attention.

Ny Boy I think all the points you make are perfectly valid.

However you don't cover the opposing position which would include the following factors.

Christopher has consistently shown an ability to raise new funds and extend loans ( at a price).Therefore There is not definitively an April deadline.

The position in Greece now is very different from the historic position which I agree would have made it extremely difficult for an acceptable deal to be concluded.

Finally any potential purchaser has to look at the quality of the asset when considering their negotiating position.The asset is now much more attractive than it was .

Finally all will be revealed very shortly as April is just round the corner.

What I see is a company surviving on loan extensions (a weak negotiating position) and they are expected to pull off a miraculous sale before the loans ends in April. Any prospective purchaser with a strong balance sheet, wouldn’t be rushing to do anything imo, if you know billionaires they play on their terms and are never in a rush to conclude deals of this size..ie. A very small deal.

Finster007, MIN is my largest stock holding and there is a reason for that. I've done my research, talk with management and see deep value, that will finally get unlocked.

It's certainly taken a great deal longer than anyone would have expected, but the Dev law and other developments, will I think prove to have been well worth waiting for in terms ultimate values.

So the exact cut off is 56000 as the quote for 56001 is 1.1448 and 56000 1.16. Criminal that the MMs want to screw small traders....

Be wary of the quotes this morning. The MMs are quoting 1.16 to buy 50k and 1.1448 to buy 75k.
