I think most or all of the selling is from earlier placings, most recently with Peterhouse. They probably sell them to clients in £25k/£50k parcels and I doubt that many are that 'interested' in the company but the 'turn' they can make.

Didn't work out since last raise but they will now be in a small profit and I suspect that is the main source.

Im sure Dvorkin can post on the bb himself .However my perception is that he wanted to sell his entire holding.

M Dvorkin used to post here a long time ago. He and his wife held 11.65 mn shares as at 20/5/19, but as that was no longer a significant holding, of course there are no further reports. I continue to believe that shares are being sold from a single source to match the buys, and the sales have been relentless for some time, but I’ve no idea what the source is. If I’m right, they must have started with a big holding.

The last announced figure for Raby was 38.20942 mn on 21/7/20 (as far as I know). I agree with all your other figures. Thanks.

It would be good to get a more accurate picture as I agree there are some 'hidden' large holdings here. HL and similar brokers will be us PI's. Less so with some of the more obscure ones.

All to say I don't think there is that big a float outside large holders and the 'committed' (in both senses of the word) who mainly post here!

I agree about Raby, the last quoted figure in an RNS was higher than what the website is currently reporting. Very confusing. You think if they’re held by DAGG, they won’t be regarded as held by Day, even if Day is the beneficial owner? That might be how Minoan do it, but surely it isn’t correct. If that were the case, one could hide one’s entire holding through a registered company.

Then there's those held by Nominee companies:
HL 59M,AJB 31M,BB 24M,CGW 24.5M,LGTV 11.5M, TG 17M BD 15.5M the list goes on . Simply Wall Street have compiled a list of the top 25 - it is full of Nominee companies but you can pick out the individuals reasonably easily.

Presumably the 15M shares will be held by DAGG LLP, irrespective of who is a partner of DAGG.

How many do you reckon Raby owns, Tim000 ? I make it 42,754,875 but that is more than on the website.

Mrs Adams (last recorded) 16,047,169 plus 7,000,000 held in family trust.

Zachary 25,000,000

Simmons International Ltd 15,842,852

Hind Property Co Ltd(I Ghandour) 8,500,000 (plus I would hazard a guess a good few more with his connections)

Does anyone have a reasonably up-to-date list of the largest shareholders? The Minoan website only lists Day and Raby, the former seemingly having added 3mn from the recent 15 mn share issue to DAGG.

There is no doubt that the conditions in Greece favour a deal at a multiple of to days share price.

I favour still ( with conditions as they are, improving daily) a good deal to be the end result but .........................
