19/11/2021 11:47 | Would have thought it would be next week before it's ratified. We'll get some comment once that happens. | waterloo01
19/11/2021 11:45 | Excellent news, will it happen today? | rafboy

19/11/2021 10:54 | Great find Daicaprice. Greece is saying it loud and clear, Greece is the place to invest and the Greek Government will support investors in their country. We have the place for some of that investment. | boliviana
19/11/2021 09:23 | Greek PM was in London presenting to potential UK investors. DC | daicaprice
18/11/2021 20:52 | Great post (18029) from Nick earlier today. Nick's final comment sums up the good reason to be accumulating as Nobby has picked up on. I would replace "could" with "will". There is plenty of money about and some of that will take advantage of this golden opportunity. "Frustrating at present I know, but extended patience could finally reap rewards given the starkly favourable overseas investor climate in Greece." Accumulating now before news breaks 😊, as there won't be any chance of accumulation under 1p when news is released. | boliviana
18/11/2021 19:05 | Its quite simple. There is no update or RNS from the Co. because there is no update from the Co that the Nomad can sign off on. !!! | pj 1
18/11/2021 16:36 | And another 500k, if it’s a newbie what a great entry price. DC | daicaprice
18/11/2021 10:10 | Yes 2 x 500k buys this morning. Someone is accumulating.... | nobbygnome
18/11/2021 10:02 | Nice to see a bit of interest again, can currently sell 1.2m @.855p. News would be nice now. DC | daicaprice
18/11/2021 09:17 | --->NICK2412 LOL! If he doesn't start scoring again against non pub sides, I wouldn't value him that highly. Hope City come in with a further bid in January now. I doubt Newcastle can tempt him just yet. :-) Regards, TC! | the count
18/11/2021 09:14 | Thanks TC, hope you are well, the asset is a bargain at one third of the price of Harry Kane! | nick2412
18/11/2021 09:07 | --->NICK2412 Great post Nick. Many thanks from me. Frustrating yes.... but must be so much worse for you longer term investors. But hopefully, as you, Waterloo and others say, value will out at the end. Hopefully the 'bubbles' will shortly come through with the desired legislation. Maybe we should return the Elgin marbles to speed things up a bit. :-) Regards, TC! | the count
18/11/2021 08:56 | Agreed it's frustrating but simultaneously exciting. Greece couldn't be more investor friendly and once this legislation in passed then it's a clear pathway for MIN to pursue a deal. I doubt if there is a more investor friendly country for tourism projects in Europe than Greece. I suspect the forthcoming legislation under review, as per the link below, is just the start and other favourable incentives will also fall into place. Once the full development law is on the statute books it's a clear pathway for a deal imo. The likely sums involved for MIN from an asset consistently valued by auditors at around 47m euros suggests that even a less than optimum deal will bring a Minoan m/cap that equates to a multiple of the current share price. I just want to see a reasonable deal in a prompt timeframe rather than squeezing out a relatively non-material extra amount over a protracted period. I also read somewhere (sorry I can't recollect the source but it might have been from the Enterprise Greece website) that the sale price per hotel room has increased by a factor of ten over an extended number of years in Greece (probably from the lows of the economic crisis), however, building costs for hotel rooms have merely doubled over exactly the same period. No doubt Greek politicians will be keen to see the fruits of their incentivising legislation and see the site developed as soon as possible. They have close economic relations with various wealthy countries who like their trophy investments including the Saudis. I believe after the development legislation is fully passed and the loan is sorted, then both deal-making practicalities and investor sentiment will be transformed. Frustrating at present I know, but extended patience could finally reap rewards given the starkly favourable overseas investor climate in Greece. | nick2412
18/11/2021 08:39 | If we're really dependent on a foreign government for newsflow then the shareprice is close to all time lows for a good reason. The loan for example has nothing to do with the law change, nor other points well made by Aim Detective, but still we wait. | microscope
18/11/2021 08:13 | I appreciate that mate and I'm not blaming you for a second. It's just so blindingly obvious we could see much better comms from the company. No mention of where we are with DEV law, updated plans on what the intention is with the assets, interviews with CE to keep investors informed. It's incredibly frustrating when the basics could be done so much better. Doesn't even need to be an RNS. The website could be updated so it doesn't look like something from 1990 or have a Twitter account which might offer a level of interaction. The company needs to up its game.I am still holding but am struggling a little with the sheer lack of effort to communicate. | aimdetective
18/11/2021 07:53 | Aimdetective, I know it's irritating but I know CE has been busy and things are progressing but we still await the dev law to kick start some news flow. It's not in their hands but will happen. | waterloo01
18/11/2021 07:14 | We desperately need news to move us off the floor. Company comms is dismal. I can't help but feel they could do so much more to update share holders as to where we are. | aimdetective
17/11/2021 11:21 | Nice big delayed buy to show hopefully by somebody in the know 🙏 DC | daicaprice
17/11/2021 11:18 | Yes what’s that strange colour…. | nobbygnome |
