KNIGEL the endless delays are extremely frustrating , however everything is interlinked here.

Law change

loan refinance

signing up interested parties.

Everyone to their own but I would not jump out of the boat today.

If there is no indication of tangible progress by the first quarter in 2022 then even I will have to consider whether it is time to accept defeat.

Grim is what it looks with the lack of news - you can talk it up as much as you like but until such time as there is positive news you have to write is off imo. We live in hope, nothing more with this dog.

Enterprise Greece: Strong investment interest in Greece



The participation of Enterprise Greece (Hellenic Investment and Foreign Trade Company) in the operations of the Resort & Residential Hospitality Forum (R&R), in the Algarve, Portugal,on 25-27 October 2021, is considered successful.

The Deputy Director of Investment Attraction and Support of Enterprise Greece, Hilda Alyssandratou, focused on the dynamics that are developing in the tourism sector and the great investment opportunities that present themselves in the sector, which is so important for the Greek economy. He also referred to the large number of projects that have been implemented or have already been launched, as well as to the important infrastructure projects that are expected to contribute to the overall upgrading of the country as an investment destination. Finally, Mrs. Alyssandrastou made special reference to the investment and fiscal framework that is being developed in the form of incentives to attract investments.

Greek Tourism Minister: October bookings for summer 2022 already surpass 2019 by 30%

I appreciate your view atlantic, however, with present conditions turning more and more favourable surely the longer the wait just ensures NOW that the value of the project will do nothing but increase. If they had done a deal a few years back the return would have been nothing like what it could be over the next year or so.

Will with respect conditions in Greece have been improving for years .On Paper
This project should have numerous people bidding.

The Bod have not made a single announcement that suggests tangible progress is being made.

Until they do all the good things that are happening in Greece are just noise.

not sure that I share the view of no news being bad news these days as it occurs to me that the potential for a decent return just grows - conditions do nothing but improve in Greece thereby enhancing any future returns.

Ambassador: Israel top investor in Greek tourism and real estate



While Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis has avidly been seeking foreign investors from the United States to Saudi Arabia, which has been forgiven for the state-sanctioned murder of journalist Jamal Khashoggi, the top investor in the Greek tourism and real estate markets is Israel.

That claim was made by Israeli Ambassador to Greece Yossi Amrani at the Thessaloniki Summit 2021 where he said major Israeli companies are making big investments in Greek real estate even during the COVID-19 pandemic, especially in hotels, said Kathimerini.

The Company is dependent on factors outside their control.

The chairman stated some months ago that deals could be done regardless of whether the foundation budged.

If that is true it should be able to monetarise the project

For a piece of positivity, BLU, which had investments in several early stage businesses, was languishing at around 0.12p for months. Earlier this week they announced that one of their companies in which they had nearly a 30pc stake, had received investment of 5 million dollars.The shares have since doubled as confidence returned. Were Minoan to announce a confirmed investor of that sort of level, I think we'd, at least, do the same. That's all it will take imho.That's what the market really wants to see. Legislation, loan rollover are all well and good, but it's investors we now need to see.Are you listening, CE! And if not, let someone else have a go...

Israel is a top investor in the Greek tourism and real estate markets, Israeli Ambassador to Greece Yossi Amrani told the Thessaloniki Summit 2021 on Thursday.

Referring specifically to the real estate market, Amrani pointed out that large Israeli companies are making significant investments in Greece, including in the hotel sector.

He noted, however, that he would like to see Greek and Israeli entrepreneurs and scientists “work together in joint ventures in the science, research and development sectors.”

Amrani also called the energy collaboration among Greece, Cyprus and Israel “a strategic game-changer, in the long term.”

The Thessaloniki Summit 2021, which is organized by the Federation of Industries of Greece (SBE) in cooperation with the Delphi Economic Forum, ends Friday

I. Remain a holder I do not believe they will go under.

How many shares will be in issue and which year any meaningful contracts will be signed is an unknown.

We are like a rowing boat on the ocean with no oars completely at the mercy of :

A) Dagg and what terms he will demand to keep financing.( warrants debt for equity swap)

B) The foundation who have a very good contract which has put any third party off and have consistently declined to amend their terms.

C) The Greek state and the speed at which they pass legalisation and critically whether it is going to be applied.


I note the net asset value and the prices paid for shares by the major shareholders.
In a normal company these would be pertinent factors.

The classic comment from children “are we nearly there yet” has always applied to min.

With min you can guarantee delays and placings.

There is endless speculation that news will break “next week”

The price to be paid for the loan extension will be as significant as when this law passes.

It is looking increasingly like 2021 will be like every other year with Min placings and meaningless hot air statements from our chairman,

I think some posters were certain a deal would be done by June then October …

I was looking back at a private message I got in 2018 when the author was fed the line that a deal would be done at 29p

Disappointing to not hear anything from the company this week so far. I hope they can put something out to let us know where they are with it all.Even something along the lines of:"The company is awaiting the decision on DEV law before pushing ahead with concluding any deals in relation to development of the area. As soon as the company is updated it will notify shareholders."

A bit disappointed not to hear news this week so far. When are the loan extension talks going to conclude with a resolution? What is holding things up now?

This saga has dragged on and whilst we wait for the company to announce something the share price is going nowhere.

Hope we have some positive news soon.
