Not looking to sell any but if I was can only sell 500 (edit - thats online). There's obviously a good reason for the mm to upstage the others by offering 1.25p & then only looking to buy 500 max, but it escapes me at the moment.(Would have thought they are looking to replace the 1M that a PI bought today but what theyre doing then doesn't make sense).
Presumably buying is more relaxed but no idea what the limits are.

WHI were quick today they normally wait & get on board last. Remains to be seen the reason for an early show.

So am I DC, must be busy printing more now that the back of the sofa's yield is finished- they also seemed to batten the on-line hatches down so you couldn't buy or sell many whilst todays larger transactions went through.

I’m amazed that MMs were sitting on or had access to that much stock, if in fact they were/had.
Where are they all coming from? On the plus side any good news and it should move quickly.

FWIW the month of September was low in volume and shares bought were 5,999,551 and sells 5,118,253 net to the buys 881,298 (with one staggering buy of 2,272,728 the highlight on 11th Sept, provided it was a buy).

Still going in the right direction then.

August saw shares bought 11,369,503 and shares sold 8,360,689 a net gain to the buys of 3,008,814. All selling was therefore mopped away that month by buying and more so which was pretty encouraging although the drift in the share price that month wasn't.

Also encouraging is August bettered July however buys were still 7,213,091 and sells 5,831,128 net buying 1,381,963.

So far in October buys (after seasonal adj for MM shenanagins)1,576,953 and sells 613,992 net buying 962,961.

More of the same please! All IMV.

Were the trades at 1.194 all buys or sells. Seems more likely buys given the price moved up?

Assuming the 381k is the only sell that is some nice buying there today.

The more I think about the recent fund raising and new shareholders I believe that we will turn into a wider Greek property play.

How investments from top US companies came about

In order to unlock American investments, especially from technology giants, the government completed several preparatory steps, with perhaps the most important one being the initiative that allowed Greece after many years to leave the "black" list of countries that do not protect copyright laws, allowing public services to use pirated Microsoft software.

Have they considered this as a plan B?? Or even complimentary to plan A ?

Akuo to invest €1 billion in Greek RES

France’s Akuo Energy International is planning to implement an investment program close to 1 billion euros in Greece over the next five years.

Its plans include the entire range of renewable energy sources, from wind and solar power on mainland Greece to storage and floating photovoltaic units on the islands. They will also include photovoltaic tiles of high aesthetic standards for use by Greek architects, and solar panel technology for agricultural use.

I Ghandour (Partner in DAGG LLP) and CEO of

Ace Liberty and Stone plc

("Ace" or "the Company")

FINAL RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 APRIL 2020 (Out today 05/10/2020)

Well-placed to thrive in turbulent times

Benefits expected from renewed interest in regional hubs

Ace Liberty and Stone Plc (AQSE: ALSP), the active property investment company capitalising on commercial property investment opportunities across the UK, is delighted to announce its results for the year ended 30 April 2020.

Financial Highlights:

-- Revenue for the year up 26.0% to GBP6,391,897 (FY2019: GBP5,072,435)
-- Improved debt / equity ratio at 163% (FY2019: 289%)
-- Increased shareholders' funds of GBP31,647,257 (FY2019: 21,170,030) (49.5% increase)
-- Increased cash resources of GBP7,432,958 (FY2019: GBP1,956,742)

Ismail Ghandour, Chief Executive Officer, commented:

"Coronavirus has caused a rethink on the use of office space. Our focus has always been on regional hubs across the country rather than prestigious central London properties which now look vulnerable to the expansion of working from home.

"We have a strong, stable position with a healthy balance sheet and good cashflow. This sets us up to explore further opportunities, even in this unusual economic and political situation."

Another welcome addition here, his knowledge and experience will be very useful here too.

Mr Gilbert finally starts work for MIN today - lets see what impact his connections can play in reviving the fortunes of a Greek property play.

I would not want to be out of this share at this stage in the game and will be now looking to buy back in.
