27/11/2020 10:08 | If they are short of stock, why don't they raise the bid/offer. It's almost as though the broker doesn't want to see it rise, but we've been here many times when the broker just shuts up shop. | waterloo01
27/11/2020 10:05 | Couldn't buy any on-line today. | wi1l
26/11/2020 13:59 | Seems so but don't know where they get the information. Has been hit and miss in the past. | waterloo01
26/11/2020 13:14 | Is simply Wall Street good for looking at substantial share holders ? | nico115
26/11/2020 13:13 | Nomura I think is me !!Am getting bored though !! Lol | nico115
26/11/2020 12:12 | Yes, I believe what they have there is correct although why the likes of HL are now missing is a mystery. LGT Vestra LLP have been adding - at 1/10/19 they held 9,682,554 increased by 242,273 in the period to 1/4/20 and again increased by 1,882,727 in period to 1/10/20 now hold 11,807,554 (2.26%). LGT Vestra is a partnership between the executive partners and the private banking group LGT, owned by the Princely Family of Liechtenstein. | wi1l
26/11/2020 11:24 | I guess it's the number of high net worth funds that are in it on their own or clients behalf. LGT vestra looks interesting. Liechtenstein based I think. Agree re HL (I hold most of mine via HL). Would love to know how they put this together. | waterloo01
26/11/2020 11:22 | Two additions to the list which was updated 1/10/20 are Nomura Holdings Inc, Securities & Investment arm (Japan listed co) 6,273,978 (1.20%) and SEI Investments co (USA I think)4,670,935 (0.89%) so getting an international feel to it now! These holdings must have related to the recent placings possibly - just a guess. | wi1l
26/11/2020 10:25 | Yes some were my buys Will. | boliviana
26/11/2020 10:19 | That was me adding a few today boliviana, but could only add a few at a time so there is a distinct lack of availability of shares. Most are just holding tight (forever)waiting for news on the project. Was that you buying yesterday? | wi1l
26/11/2020 09:57 | Buying down here under 1.5p has got to be great price, 1.27p has got to be a great buy. The right time to buy there will not be a better time. | boliviana
26/11/2020 09:01 | They might be now but for how much longer. | boliviana
26/11/2020 07:47 | I would guess most are underwater as well? DC | daicaprice
26/11/2020 07:38 | Some interesting names on that list further down. Accounts for close to 80% of shares | waterloo01
26/11/2020 07:36 | Difficult to say Hugo, because there's about 50% held with Nominee companies. There is a list of top 25 shareholders which can be found at Simply wall St, it has recently been updated but is missing a few nominee companies such as HL. Main shareholders: Day 11.60% Raby 7.32% Adams 4.41% Zachary 4.79% Simmons Int (CE)3% Directors about 5% | wi1l
25/11/2020 21:00 | What % of shares are not now in directors/investors hands following the recent fund raising. | hugothesecond
25/11/2020 17:47 | Lets hope so boliviana,it will be a long-time coming. All very quiet which doesn't suggest there is nothing going on here, there's probably considerable peddling beneath the surface. Everyone wants this to happen - the Greek Govt, the Bod,the monastery, investors all keen. Conditions still offer potential to any investor/developer. The sites are all located on or near the coast with spectacular views. Its close to Sitia airport but not that close. A ten mile area ripe for the wealthy investor leaning towards complete social distancing. The list goes on............ | wi1l
25/11/2020 17:17 | You can see it Will but those with closed ears and eyes shut will miss out on the next rise. So clear keep eyes open and ear to the ground as more going on than share price suggests and so many conditions now coming together. | boliviana
25/11/2020 17:08 | Warmer still?? Investors Have Their Eye on Greece, Says Accor CEO Southern Europe Greece’s attractiveness as a destination for tourism investments was recently highlighted by Accor CEO Southern Europe Maud Bailly. | wi1l
25/11/2020 15:36 | Looks to me like a shrewd investor or two accumulating before news breaks. Keep your ear to the ground. Post 15474 tells you all you need to know. | boliviana
25/11/2020 15:11 | Nice to see a bit of volume today, been far too quiet of late. DC | daicaprice
24/11/2020 13:10 | None of the positive updates on doing business in Greece have any relevance to Minoan. The Bod have proved incapable of making any progress regardless of what is happening in Greece . 2020 coming to an end an no sign of any positive developments. | atlantic57
24/11/2020 12:17 | Turning Elliniko into a Greek Monaco (and Cavo Sidero into a Crete San Tropez) Greece aspires to turn the new development at Elliniko into a Monaco-like magnet for wealthy entrepreneurs and businesses from abroad, not just for pensioners permanent relocating to Greece. A total of three laws are expected to change the image of Greece for those wishing to invest here: The first is already in force, concerning wealthy foreigners shifting their tax residence to Greece; the second pertains to family offices; and the third has to do with the amendment of the investment incentives rules so as to offer additional motivation to companies relocating to Greece, possibly along with their employees. | wi1l |
