From the above, this is the absolute critical take-away from today's RNS........"Looking ahead, he added: "The majority of our revenues are contracted and recurring in nature, and management is targeting initiatives to increase this mix. The resilience this high level of recurring revenue affords can be seen in the company’s ability to generate cash and manage costs as required"

It was the fall in that all important "recurring" revenue that spooked the market last year along with the fear that the decline would continue. By all accounts it looks as if MCRO have plugged the hole & are well on track to reversing it. It's that critical recurring revenue that makes this a divi paying cash-cow and safe harbour for growth funds. Next few weeks we should see a lot of them return along with upwardly revised broker targets. ;-)

Gladstone already have down to 0.93% from 2.41% a couple of months ago but they made lots of money on the drop.

Sylebra at 0.8% are interesting. They opened in early Jan 21 when the price was around 420p. So, they are 90p out of the money on nearly 2.7m shares. They are small (only $3.8b under management) with a CEO who looks like he should be delivering newspapers. They certainly will be closing as they will want to limit the loss a.s.a.p.

The key point for me here is the risk-adjusted return has improved substantially now and for that reason alone, broker upgrades will follow these results. I am certain of that. It was the primary reason for the fair valuation being held back until now.

Greg Locke director bought 1.5 million pounds worth at 783p. When he joined last year. They will be back to the price he paid. Superb results.

Chart turning up nicely ..

Way, way undervalued given cash generation. Some tech companies are valued many times more than mcro and not making a penny.

With US Opening which coincides with investor call at 130pm (830am US east coast) will be real time to judge any share price momentum after a fairly neutral reaction share price wise so far. Also in coming days be interesting after call to see broker forecast upgrades as well which should boost share price if forthcoming.
