01/7/2024 15:43 | I'm not sure the England 'victory' warranted much celebration. Mind you, drowning one's sorrows could be equally beneficial for the brewers! | ![]() jeffian
01/7/2024 12:09 | So you keep saying KY boi | ![]() barnes4
01/7/2024 12:07 | Can't even manage acrise after the England victory 🏴 The debt pile is ludicrous | ![]() ny boy

28/6/2024 16:27 | Barnes you were calling for me on the last dead cat bounce, that’s all it ever is, just treading water, maybe you’ll get lucky when rates drop 0.5 you’ll be positively dribbling.🤔 | ![]() ny boy
28/6/2024 13:35 | My town has had a leaflet drop (pop 93k) from our nearest Marstons pub (4 miles) offering 30% off main meals until July 7th | ![]() darrin1471
28/6/2024 13:07 | KY boi Out n about I see 😂😂 | ![]() barnes4
28/6/2024 12:26 | Gen Z have cut down on drinking as they want to live longer and lead a more healthy lifestyle. Marstons business model is completely outdated. | ![]() ny boy
28/6/2024 12:24 | Seriously..what impressive property portfolio🤔 they have been selling all the “family silver” for years Just very average properties left with a highly questionable NAV and a toxic debt time bomb. | ![]() ny boy
25/6/2024 07:54 | Well my local has been packed to the brim recently - fullest I have ever seen it - must be due to having a large beer garden with a childrens playground and having Neck Oil Session IPA on tap ;-) Food is naff so people go there to drink. | ![]() livewireplus
25/6/2024 03:04 | Increases my short here. No one drinks anymore. Looks like the next woofer | ![]() sentimentrule

21/6/2024 11:59 | Dipped my toe in here yesterday looks a good entry point !! | ![]() dickiebird2
21/6/2024 11:55 | Interest rates will fall and debt burden will reduce. At the same time, business should improve with so many pubs closing. Marston have an impressive property portfolio and a mortgage, that is all. They have a potentially profitable well managed business as well. If we took a best case scenario this could be a good entry point. Think positive, you are as gloomy and negative as the English football team. | ![]() careful
21/6/2024 11:47 | This one needs a domestic miracle..England to win Euro 24 🤦🏻 | ![]() ny boy
14/6/2024 17:11 | Looking stuck in the same range it's been for the last couple of years! | ![]() jeffian

13/6/2024 05:07 | Morning all The Beer ain't working 05 00 hours and no hangover. Anyway might need to adjust the formulae Maybe try a different yeast product! Anything to give the chair price a bit of a rise or rename it Stannah as its rise seems to be limited. Frustration Keep well all | ![]() jubberjim
12/6/2024 09:52 | What was the bid before? | ![]() ny boy
11/6/2024 16:42 | I think you underestimate the resilience of the sector, NY Boy. Your old fashioned wet-led boozer business will probably continue to struggle, as probably your overpriced gastro-pub will also, but MARS cash in a lot on the grey pound, who want a change of scenery and an affordable treat. The business is arguably in a better financial position than it was in the midst of covid, when rightly or wrongly a £1+/share offer was refused. At such a discount to NAV I'm happy to be patient and wait for another bid | boffster |
