01/3/2006 17:02 | have been watching this head and shoulders pattern develop for a while now and thankfully managed to get out at 12p when i saw the right shoulder start to take shape. I'd say 19c in Canada is a pretty crucial level now, being the neckline of the h&s pattern. Obviously yesterday was the big day being the last day investors could go short ahead of receiving stock in the placing so downside pressure should ease off now. We broke slighly below the neckline yesterday but with the selling pressure now off if we can get back above 20c then it look like support has held. Any close below 19c though and any bets are off in my opinion and we'll head much lower. | adparker
01/3/2006 09:23 | We have also now got the money fom the fund raising,so it will be interesting to see-with a 4 month lock in-whether some still need to buy. | richgit

24/2/2006 09:37 | Sorry o/t While its quiet anyone like to give me their top 5 stocks as i'm looking to spread things out a bit more than the current 12 stocks. I'm not asking for reasons i'll do my own research etc. Many thanks in advance. | nedora
22/2/2006 16:01 | tahnk you very much unfortunately it spoils the small shareholder (against shorters) and dilution (private placement) it should not be allowed at all! I think but many thanks for the information | victorfromportugal
22/2/2006 15:39 | Victor. It is a regular scenario in small Resource stocks. If a fund buy into a small Resource stock and then get the vibes, long before before the private investor, that things are not happening fast enough,or they think the stock price is ahead of itself, they may opt to short the stock whilst it is higher than the price they paid. Very often that same fund will approach the Brokers of the small resource stock and offer them more fundings at a price that keeps them in profit as they cover their shorts and their position that they may still wish to maintain. MRL has been a superb short for some when you consider its first day price, from which it sank .Of course there will be some that cannot easily cover their shorts,as they will not be invited into the placing-so they run for cover and have to buy the shares in the Market-thus helping to force up the price . It is quite conceivable that the short positions meant the fund raising was going to be easily completed-so quit pro pro. However,if the story is Good, and considering it theoretically should be as the Company will be well and truly cashed up-then the shares could race ahead. They have made quite a feature of the 30% in Big M-so just maybe something truly positive is going to happen. Decisions-decisions, as of now - but then, like the rest of us , I dont have any solid information to help make a proper decision. A good story, and it should support the New Market Cap. An excellent story with assumed once and for all Management attention plus the support of those that liked what happened with Bolivar----????????? | richgit
22/2/2006 13:26 | oh dear some are really crooks!!!! amazing manipulation.... disgusting! | victorfromportugal
21/2/2006 17:07 | surely it makes sense Victor, investors are shorting the stock at these levels and will buy them back in the private placing at 10c?? cant sell AFTER the placing cos of the 4 month lock up | adparker

17/2/2006 12:59 | It should go to 1 pound I reckon in 2 years | victorfromportugal
17/2/2006 08:05 | just don't understand the MM's on this, they open perhaps lower than they should, sell 39K at 11p and now have already put the price up to 11.25/12, you'd think with a 7% spread it should be almost impossible to trade short term sold 25% of mine a few weeks ago, seemed to be prudent at the time, not complaining I think it was prudent, just wondering where this will end up | alexx
16/2/2006 23:26 | not in Canada, had already bought some in london at 10.125. will pick up some cheap stock from half asleep MM's in the morning hopefully ;) | adparker
