26/1/2006 09:50 | well when fully diluted the cash will be just below 0.05p per share I believe that from now on this should be the BOTTOM for MEDORO, and if projects come after this financing , higher prices I think Also it will be worth trying to get new shares at 0.03p in this case it would be an excellent return! | victorfromportugal
26/1/2006 09:45 | MEDORO will have around 302M shares capital for about 14M GBP cash or 29 MCAD anyway, maybe the recent buyer will call an EGM and change something? 20% of shares bought on the market in 7 days ! well we ll see | victorfromportugal
26/1/2006 09:41 | market too thin to sell above 9p .. market makers did not accept any order above 40.000 shares so the game is crooked | victorfromportugal
26/1/2006 09:40 | Who knows-but that is a huge fund raising for such a small cap. However there has been heavy constant buying by someone and even straight after the announcement. Medoro is hardly cash strapped-so the obvious question is why they are raising such funds -????? Maybe there is finally something going to happen-alas only a select few have the details and we have to hope that such people would certainly not put such money up unless they see a very good return. The fact that the warrants are excersisable at double the price may be a very positive sign. Whilst we are not happy with these Directors there are others that are,and I doubt anyone is putting up more money unless the story they have heard is good. | richgit
26/1/2006 09:39 | well we'll have 143 M shares more at 0.07 CAD or 0.035p plus 71.50 half of warrants or 35.75M new shares at 0.15 CAD 0.075p within 18Months total 124M current at 0.055p per share cash equivalent 143M new sahres at 0.035p per share 35M new shares at 0.075p per share TOTAL 302M shares for average 14.47 M pounds of capital with no debt that is 0.0478p per share... with projects?? well maybe worth keeping and see in the next 2 years if MO holds 1.000.000 ounces, it is clear that someone is trying to buy MEDORO indirectly at a bargain the current shareholders will be diluted to 41% of capital... AN EGM NO AVOID THIS? or is this good? not sure? maybe it is possible to joing the private pacement too at 0.07CAD?? any ideas? | victorfromportugal
26/1/2006 09:31 | closed at 24/25c on TSX, London hit by 2 100,000 sells at 8:02 & 8:13 so MM's reduced price good that something's happening but MaxDP has a point things are a bit chaotic, TSX could open anywhere between 12 and 25 the MM's will certainly do well with 14% spread sold a few at 8.25, wish I'd sold all at 9.5, so easy in retrospect | alexx
