nice one Andy, ive reduced my holding down to 50k too from 333k, average in price was 4.35p and every sale has been between 8.28p & 9.4p so more than happy. Even Victor will be happy now the spread between London and Canada has narrowed significantly ;)

I am still holding on the hope/belief that such a large fund raising has to.
be for something very significant.
As I said previously, the board members that we have mistrusted obviously would have the strong faith of others, that will follow them.

With renewed belief that Gold will at some point hit $800 oz,taking the risk of
holding these may yet be rewarded many times longer term.
Maybe Gold Fields will eagerly watch once again, could they even be offering some opportunity as a sweetener for getting Bolivar-who knows !!!!!.

If Sargold comes good,we also still have those smelter royalties to look forward to.

I will make my decisions- win or lose- when we have a clearer picture of what is obviously known by some, and lets not forget that it wasnt that long ago that some Uk Investors put up circa £1.8 million at 6p.

This could become the Medoro we all hoped for...News-updates-focus-visible
Management and who knows,............ just maybe big M.

Minews Story
Date: January 30, 2006
That Was The Week That Was ... In Canada

By Our Canadian Correspondent.

Minews. It looks like it was another good week for investors in Canadian junior resource stocks.

CC. Yes indeed. I don't know if the annual Cordilleran Round-Up mineral exploration show held in Vancouver had anything to do with the continued bullish behaviour, or not, but junior exploration stocks are definitely being gobbled up at a rapid pace. The TSX Ventures Exchange, home to the most junior exploration stocks, kept its 2006 winning streak alive by climbing 4.1 per cent on very heavy volume.

Leading the pure speculative surge was Medoro Resources which is listed on AIM as well asin Canada . We have written about the trials and tribulations of this company several times. After a promising start, a lack of direction led the company down a path to its current near shell-like status but the take- out of Bolivar Gold by South African-based Gold Fields seems to have sparked some action. You may recall, that Iacono Serafino, the CEO of Bolivar Gold and Miguel de la Campa, the President of Bolivar both sit on the board of Medoro. At any rate, Medoro announced that GMP Securities has been retained to raise up to C$10 million through the sale of 142,857,143 units priced at C$0.07 each. A unit holds half a warrant and each full warrant is exercisable at C$0.15 for 18 months. The move has the ear marks of an acquisition with concurrent share roll back but of course that is pure speculation. Medoro shares added C$0.04 on the week to close at C$0.21 on over 14 million shares changing hands.
