30/1/2006 15:20 | Well it is impossible to sell in london at toronto prices which should be 0.10 GBP so no incentive to sell! | victorfromportugal
30/1/2006 15:18 | reckon this is all a bit smelly rat but while price is well below TSX and trickling up it seems a very good hold | alexx
30/1/2006 08:02 | It is worth getting in touch wih Peter Volk and the placement agency, directly. or call an EGM and ask for an open rights issue... | victorfromportugal
29/1/2006 16:16 | I think it is a private placement with an institution. PI's will not be entitled to any shares involved. So dilution is going to be a factor. | stokieboy
29/1/2006 14:22 | This may be a stupid question, but how do small investors get access to the private placement. From what I see, as the placing is taking place well below the current market price, not taking part will cause a dilution in the value of my holding. Surely, capital raising of this level, should have been an open offer rather than a placing? Comments anyone? | sidp164
27/1/2006 21:27 | 1% of capital traded at 20-21 CAD good weekend | victorfromportugal
27/1/2006 15:26 | ok at least a fellow holder... chat later | victorfromportugal
27/1/2006 15:08 | yep, i still hold 208k shares | adparker
27/1/2006 15:02 | anyone still holding? or will i be the only one in london from now on??? | victorfromportugal
27/1/2006 14:59 | bid 20% below toronto's prices... bas tar dos! | victorfromportugal
26/1/2006 22:56 | Still 3% shares exchanged in toronto, and off the 17 CAD lows... well, as it is impossible to sell in London unless being ripped off, we stay the course... chaco went from 1p to 10 in 18 months alleluia but a bunch of crooks all over...City banks and managers hate'em | victorfromportugal
26/1/2006 21:33 | 21c close in Toronto, so that's about 10.25p. I'd guess we'll open up at 8 - 8.5 in the morning | adparker
26/1/2006 20:31 | jim, No - not a holder of Chaco. Got into MRL at after the re-floatation (never held Gold Mines of Sardinia) In the end the loss I took was not too hefty, however this company has done people over worse than me....so I am lucky one in comparison. I know of people in the city, people who are much more switched on than (and have access to more information than me) who were bagging these at 20-30 p a share....not going to catch a falling knife again, no matter who I know is buying! Regards, mg. | mg78
26/1/2006 19:04 | mg sorry in chaco. jim | jimlad
26/1/2006 19:02 | mg respect, its always hard to take a loss, are you by any chance in chako CHP Jim | jimlad
26/1/2006 18:44 | Bought into this stock ages ago and have been sitting on a whacking loss ever since. The management have been dreadful - and I have repeatedly stated that I will not touch a stock with any of them on board again. I finally sold today - tomorrow might well see a another rise, and I wish those who are hanging on all the luck, but I'm happy to be out of this one and move on to pastures new. It might well turn into 'something' from now on in, and thats timing for you, but with the bad decisions the board have already shown they are capable of and the complete lack of attention to its patient investors.....I couldn't turn down the opportunity to cut my losses. Good luck all. mg. | mg78
26/1/2006 18:23 | 12.46 pm in canada medoro back up to .20 off low of .17 looks like we are still in a bull raid. If it carries on, mms over here will have no option but to jump up again lots of hope. Jim | jimlad
26/1/2006 16:45 | I'm out. Good luck all remaining holders. | mg78
26/1/2006 15:59 | i imagine we'll see a large 'T' trade before the close as we have done every day over the last week or so. | adparker
26/1/2006 15:14 | It s crazy we are stuck with 25% discount on lead market... why not short in CANADA and buy here?? I wonder | victorfromportugal
26/1/2006 14:56 | unless putting in a PEP or ISA you should use TSX, dealing MUCH cheaper as for what the price should really be, think we're all guessing | alexx
26/1/2006 14:52 | Its a case of follow thy leader - no wonder market makers all drive the same cars and wear the same suits. | mg78
26/1/2006 14:49 | I'm surprised just how the price has levelled out. A few folk have dropped out today, but a drop in the ocean compared to the trades going on over the past week. People are viewing the news in very different ways, and I wouldn't be surprised to see late buying. Besides, we are still at a massive discount to TSX despite mm pre-trading knock down. | mg78 |
