Just getting dragged down a bit with other financials that went exdiv today combined with inflation data suggesting no interest rate cuts for a while imo. I'm waiting to add a few. Be nice to get them under £2 please!

A near 15% drop ex-divi. Hardly surprising that people don't want to invest in this country, isn't it? Too many boy-traders and too few investors.

Market makers maybe have a stack of limit buy orders in at 200 pence to fill, and it is being walked down to get to them..?

Disappointed with the share price after the dividend. Wow didn't expect such a drop so a divi-reinvestment is needed to take advantage of the yield.

I see the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer has entered into a recurring plan to buy £20,000 worth of M& G shares every month.Looks like a vote of confidence, although I had already decided to take advantage of the share price pull back to top up my S&S ISA.

I don't look at the price target, I look at the dividend prospects, which I like very much at the current price. Topped up my SIPP and Isa over the past 2 days. One of the best buys in the FTSE 100 IMO.

It's March cpi reports in the US today..Would the markets be down or up?? Still 180p-200p in the shorts list.
