Yes of course. Things went against LPA that I didn’t see coming.
Used the dip to add 180000 more shares in various accounts.

Yeah, I think CT still owes me a beer after our bet when I suggested LPA was overpriced on short term prospects at £1.70 a couple of years ago ;-) Now he's famous perhaps he can stump up :-)

Arthur Rusch was clearly the husband of Ellen and that explains how the Late Ellen held so many shares.

The only mystery now is where the rest of the shares have gone.

Trading at below NAV and a strong order book the shares should rise quickly once any overhang is cleared.
I am now well into buying what I wanted

Michael Rusch has been a director since 1967. was CEO for many years before Peter Pollock.
Reduced his duties to become non-executive in 2000 and scheduled to retire 19th June 2020.

MM don’t seem to have had many to sell but it’s possible.
Clearly the two siblings took some and as Susan has held for 10 years plus why would they sell at a low point?

The family clearly had a connection and my guess is that LPA bought a company out owned by them?
Anyone got the history?

Apologies, my mistake, Susan Thynne isn't a director but, as you say, the daughter of the late Ellen Rusch. My earliest Report & Accounts copy for the company is that for the year 2010 and she's listed then as having the same 426,674 shares as a holding before today's notification.

Notification of the disposal of Ellen Rusch's 804,044 share holding; some have gone to two directors - Michael Rusch's holding now at 960,022 (7.58%) and Susan Thynne now holds 578,696 (4.57&) - but that still leaves c.500k unaccounted for.

Greedy Market Makers asking people buy at 71p and sell at only 64.5p, 10% spread is disgraceful.
