Nice that they are hi-lighting new orders..
They obviously think the share price should be lots higher than it currently is!

NAV per share is 86.62 - so long way to go to just get to NAV

I too have been adding for over 2 weeks
Holding close to 3.% now.
I have no doubt it will come good.
Their Normanton site is a few miles from my office.
They always seem busy

Dipped my toe back in the water yesterday. Looks like plenty of upside to me, whether or not it reflects in the share price though is another story....

I am about to plough some serious money at this.
I want a further 200,000 shares and my buying starts tomorrow.

Perhaps they would go to her husband or other family member. I believe that there is no capital gain recognised on the death of a shareholder, so they might get sold to pay inheritance taxes.

Would they just not go to her husband?

Euclid: I'm sure, if they are in desperate need to sell they will find a buyer for the entire lot - we are trading at below NAV level.

I would say yesterdays words by the CEO equates to a small buy and hold indication:

Paul Curtis, CEO of LPA Group commented:

"These three awards, from three separate customers, continue to grow our order book and underpin sales through the coming periods, whilst reinforcing that rail projects continue in these uncertain times. We continue to look ahead with cautious optimism."

Just look at the graph PRE COVID.... How far down has it really gone? Probably not as far as graph.

I bought some (only tiny quantity).
It seems to me that NAV per share of about 86p means the MMs are giving us about 18p per share for FREE just for taking the shares off their hands.....

And on top of that they are winning orders & make a profit.... just needs a tip or two or brokers clients buying in and away we go...

Not knowing anything about the company - just the chart probably will hit 90 to £1 at some point..... Just got to sit tight until it does..

That's a decent contract amount in relation to the mkt cap. Worth £1 IMO.

Missed another RNS yesterday, Gordon Wakeford (non exec director) has purchased 10k @ 72.7p; he now holds 15k.

My anxiety level decreases by the day.

Missed yesterday's late RNS informing that Paul Curtis (CEO) had transferred 26.3k shares to his ISA. Even more reason to remain optimistic as he surely wouldn't have bothered if he thought the company's future wasn't bright.

For those of us whom are staying as shareholders, a reminder of the chairman's closing Interim statement paragraph (to help keep our spirits up amidst all the gloom and doom!):

'The current circumstances are challenging but the Group has an excellent executive team, a very strong order book and a strong balance sheet with low gearing. We are in good condition to meet these challenges.'

With a new CEO now would be a good time to publish the strategic targets. More of the same with comments on being encouaged or good progress is a bit baseless without the targets being published. Always a good read though!

Yes I wasn't overly impressed. Rather reinforces may view that LPA rather flatters to deceive. Galloping nowhere fast IMO.
