Olliemagern "A Liquidity Fairy Tale"
I have found out that there are 2 types of trading service for DMA
"Sets" which I have found a broker "idealing" , unfortunately LPA is on "Setsqx" which used to be active but the LSE has changed how this system works and brokers are catching up . Have you made any progress?
Thoughts on results ?

Surprised shares still drifting downwards after positive outlook in the FY20 results.I guess investors are all preoccupied about EV, hydrogen and GameStop atm.If LPA announce tomorrow they're looking into power solutions for EV charging stations, the shares will double ;)

Hope Y results are out this last week in January.
FT.com give analyst earnings f/c for the Y end Sept 2020 as 4.8p.
For the Y Sept 2021 6.8p, they seem a bit low to me.

Hunt76, "A Liquidity Fairy Tale" by a director at ShareSoc, was well worth reading.
It seems I need a new Broker. Thanks.

Massively undervalued in my opinion.
I have over 2% of the shares
A total of 295000 shares with my purchases last year adding to my holding.
Another 80,000 in family accounts

Or even their brightest light!

Four big orders for a company capitalised at just 12m. Admittedly two are still subject to contract, and there's a difference between orders and safely banked profits, but this seems to be in a good place.

Tiger, I am online with Selftrade / Eqi. Do you think another broker could get me better prices?
We investors work hard to make 9% a year.
It is not right that Market Makers can make 9% in a couple of minutes.

Ollie
you are right and I too have complained for some time.
Change is coming and not soon enough.

can I ask was that via a broker or on line?

Perhaps the market makers are a bit wary today because all the newspapers and pundits will be giving their annual recommendations this weekend, and they don't want to get caught out?

This year has anyone else noticed that spreads have dramatically increased.
Tried to buy 3000 LPA just now and I was quoted 87p, so I asked for a quote to sell 3000 and it was 80p. How can they justify an 80p to 87p spread?

Market Makers are being very greedy in my opinion, we need an online system like Betfair that matches buyers with sellers and cuts out the blood sucking leaches.

I am a buyer of up to another 300k shares should we approach those levels.

What do we have pencilled in for 2020 ?
eps was 2 p in first half and I have 4p in second half.
Talk of 6p in current year means only one thing to me UPGRADES.

Get the feeling this will drift lower till FY results in Jan.2021 EPS from broker of 6p not encouraging IMO.I think LPA has a solid visibility of orders 2022+ and next year should be able to pick up more orders as govt procurement goes back to normal levels or even higher levels on infrastructure investment. But can see this drifting lower, in 70s range over next few weeks.

Three 'sell' trades all for 88.5p and all timed at 11.51.10 ... someone must have had a sticky finger!

The note simply copies what LPA have just said. Then ends with confirming their 125p price target, indicating a 40% upside from here.

Didn't think the update was bad. The bit that particularly pleased me was the statement that they see no serious problems with whatever outcome we get in brexit terms, as I've been wondering about the potential for unrecoverable tariffs on their EU work if contracts did not cover it.
