27/11/2020 14:12 | Based on their ARR level, I struggle to see much more than say 5p EPS in 2021, unless they're able to take a hatchet to their cost base. That said, regarding comment above about an equity raise, I think thats a long shot as their cash balance looks fine so there shouldn't be any downward pressure on price because of a risk around that. However, I do think that the valuation is impaired in the short-medium term from management credibility (sudden comments about churn problems, COO selling in October) and also given that this can no longer be viewed as (and therefore valuation on the basis of being) a growth story. Therefore to value it, until I have more information, I would take that c.5p EPS next year and put a multiple on it. Therefore I sold around 92p this morning.
