27/11/2020 16:32 | Yes, invest what you can afford to lose in a company making £15m !!!!! 'The Group now expects FY20 revenue to be no lower than £50 million (c.18% growth on FY2019) and EBITDA to be no lower than £15 million (c.134% growth on FY2019) ' The negative was here: 'However, we are seeing an acceleration of churn in non-PS sectors, where our Meetings capability is less differentiated and competition is more intense. Here, we expect trading to remain challenging, although this now represents just 14% of total LoopUp Platform2 revenue.' SO revenue from non-Ps is 14% of £50m = £6m. They don't even say they are losing business here, just challenging conditions. They will be winning business in this field too - churn works both ways, it is swings and roundabouts. Yet the market cap. halves in one day. Ridiculous. | molatovkid
27/11/2020 16:31 | Market cap £49m - they paid £61m for Meeting Zone in June 2018 and the Gross Profit for that business was supposed to be £15m for the year ended 31 Dec 2017. Something has gone pear shaped here. | redartbmud

27/11/2020 16:10 | The market makers doing an excellent job clearing out the emotional, panic sellers who can't think for themselves. 27/11/2020 15:41 | The steep share price fall has seen the market capitalisation tumble to £49m which looks modest for a business set to deliver c£15m of EBITDA adjusted pre-tax profits of approx. of c£9m for the current year. However, what of the future? More on the Investor's Champion website. | energeticbacker
