It's a shocking turnaround - ARR of £34m for next year at present vs the progressive forecast of £56m... that's the main reason for the huge fall IMO.

Feel for anyone who bought on the half year report in the £2.40 region, a very difficult decision of whether to cut losses or hold. Also a textbook example of the charts signalling changing fundamentals...

LOOPUP (UNDER REVIEW) Trading update. Substantial warning. LoopUp now anticipates 2020 revenue of not less than £50m (NSe £55m) and EBITDA no lower than £15m (NSe £17.1m). This implies H2 revenue of £18-19m vs our previous forecast of £23m set at the interims two months ago (H1 £32m). Churn has been particularly high in non-Professional Services, but has increased across the business, we understand. Looking to 2021, we see a number of ongoing uncertainties: how much will average minutes per user be impacted as clients return to the office?; Will the current higher level of churn in PS revert to prior lower levels or does the increase reflect a progressive worsening in competitive position?; To what extent will lower meeting minutes be offset by new customer wins (the expected 6-8 month sales cycle for cloud telephony means there are very few wins here as yet)? We cut our 2021 forecasts very substantially. Revenue £32m from £55m, EBITDA £6m from £13m, and a loss before tax of £1.3m (ws PBT £5.8m). Following very strong cash generation in 2020 (Dec-20 net debt est £2.3m vs £11.5m at Dec-19) we now model a cash outflow of £3.5m in 2021 (previously £3m cash inflow). We expect the shares to be very heavily hit, and withdraw our recommendation.Download Warning

Well that high risk short term trade has moved well so I'm lobbing into this spike here. Don't know how high it goes from here but called it high risk because I had a look at the interims and then today's update and thought "Hang about gavnaar, what's going on here?".

That is some u-turn. Don't know if the market looks past that into the longer term and this keeps going higher, but that's enough at this end. Should be some nice gains for all short term traders here today.

Quite hilarious to see trolls tick up posts like:

Back to 50p soon imo.

Why are they even here? To try and buy it cheaper? The reality is, you could have, and should have bought shed loads at 80p this morning, and made a tidy 18% in 2 hours work.

They have cash. Tick. They are making a lot of money. Tick. They have constant revenue. Tick. Brokers over keen to promote higher. Not tick. Growth here will be strong. They know what to cut and what to concentrate on now. If you don't like it just go to PREM board. Plenty of derampers there to join in with.. This is a quality outfit with a quality product.
