Hi Pratt,

I'm feeling like I've been kicked in the teeth to be frank. LOOP management stated that things were so uncertain that they were not offering any guidance. Nevertheless, it was clear what the expectations in the market based on H1 figures would likely be. They needed to make far more cautionary remarks on the headwinds they were facing to lower expectations ahead of this update.

Mr Market was always going to see this as a profit warning - so the share price collapse is what one would expect.

Commiseration to you and all holders that were blindsided on this one.

Cheers Maddox

Lots of people got this wrong unfortunately. Stockopedia, us on here, Simon Thompson... Loads. Fact of the matter is, is this a buy now at today's prices and if yes, who buys this? With the volumes going through today, expect some disclosures of holdings dropping from ii. I really hoped for director buying today, a bit shameful IMO having misled or very poorly communicated just a few weeks ago.

What are your thoughts on this now Maddox? I can't seem to put a finger on the valuation yet. Assuming only 32m revenues like Numis seems really low to me, but not sure what to look at

nobilis - read the update. £11.6m cash on-hand at 31 Oct - so Net Debt down to about £2m so they don't need any cash. If they were going to raise cash you would have expected them to do it post the H1 results at two and half times the current price.

A covid related stock that has over promised and under delivered. I quoted bargain between 1.10 and 1.40. The bod have ramped this up, took profits and once the dust settles will probably buy back in.

Silly question time.

Revenue is 9% lower than January / February.
The economy has shrunk by 11%.

Notwithstanding that customers have realised there are cheaper pricing models for the same service (being cheaper makes them more likely to stick with it and not look at competitors) is some of the reduction in revenue due to the reduction in general business activity leading to less conversations which needs less meetings which means less revenue for Loop?
