I guess the results next week has maybe been confirmed by more than one source.

I'm looking long-term (2-3 years) at 10p+ and a divi (they used to pay one), short-term it's fun to watch though.

The trick is sticking with it through the spikes, as tempting as it is to try and trade it for small profits.

Hi,

Just rang the Company to confirm what i heard on Results Release date. The Management Team is in a meeting and will callback once they have finished.

See if they ring back or not.

It's good to get more coverage, but the willingness of MM's to let stock go suggests they're sat on a sizable percentage. I guess it needs somewhat of a tidal wave of interest to break out of the 2.5-3.5p range. Good news will help significantly or a few more traders with deep pockets.

There isn't a large percentage in free float, but it still equates to circa £1m at current prices, so a few day traders are not sufficient to swing the price, what's needed is a steady flow of longer-term investors, which hopefully we may get if the results indicate things are on the up and show no sign of slowing.

I hope your source is more reliable than the contact 'legal'@ the companies IR team who failed to respond to my query a week ago..and your last prediction of results being out last week :)

One day one of us will be right, this much is certain

domple - Not sure I agree. The last trading update issued was positive, if there had been a deterioration in trading conditions we should have been informed. That said this is aim, never say never, but I'm looking for good news.

Overheads will still be high, they appear to be going headlong into Europe and further afield which is a gear shift in terms of market reach - but this costs. From being 100% UK centric to a more global player its a key point in the co.s development. I suspect they are busy doing other things and perhaps are holding back an update until the consultation with UK leveraged trading providers has been concluded with government. This will allow them to make a more comprehensive forward looking statement IMO, which given results were completed Dec 31st is likely the only thing holding up publication of results.

DD I think you said in a previous post, LCG have until end of june to announce their results. So, in another 7 weeks time we should know what kind of state the co. is in. Fwiw, I don't particularly like the delay which is against the norm because, if the figures were good, they'd release. logic would dictate that the figures aren't good.

100k for me at 2.75p, have been waiting patiently for the price to cool a little, which it seems to be doing.

You're right DD. Still, where there is uncertainty, the scene is set for turbulent times. Ironic, given that LCG base their model on market uncertainty!

domple - as far as I know LCG can issue FY results any time up until June 30th according to AIM rules (6 months post Year End). It's precedence of releasing no later than end April that people are assuming it's out then (including me).
