05/2/2018 21:07 | US down 900....i'll say it again. This is exactly why I invested in LCG. Volatility here we come(!) | dusseldorf
04/2/2018 12:49 | Interesting..is the wall street trump-bubble about to pop.. LCG will be making good money. | dusseldorf
01/2/2018 19:38 | sage of nottinghill - It was the only thing posted on this thread for 6 weeks. Now you've posted it again....the author must be a buddy, way to go, the people who sold immediately after the article have 50% less realised than had they been selling today.I'm no fan of Sabet (e.g. salary hike just after making people redundant), but I do like the fact he was a backgammon world champion and loves his tennis and his family. It's his company now (though on paper he's not the 100% owner of GLIO) the guy knows how to make money. I never view 'current price' as anything more than sentiment. I see value here and the market bull run in the US will not continue indefinitely- LCG will be well positioned with lower overheads (e.g. I'm guessing £250k/year saved through various factors due to AIM requirements).I'd love to see him bring in house his other company to eliminate another chunk from overheads (close to £1m?). The office move saves costs. Recent decline aside, I'm also waiting for LCG to make a move on Crypto - they should ask IG how much revenue they've made from the pairs they offer. | dusseldorf
01/2/2018 09:18 | Couldn't possibly comment on that tomboyb... | dusseldorf
01/2/2018 09:01 | You buying more Duss? | tomboyb
31/1/2018 20:45 | The VIX index is getting more twitchy, which is good for LCG. To be honest I'm holding out for a few options on LCG to get a good return. 1. US market crash2. Buyout by Sabet3. Both 1.& 2. in sequence | dusseldorf
31/1/2018 17:00 | I guess we'll find out soon either way. Phone only would be no bother, though I plan on Sabets broker phoning me anyway :) I suspect he's just going to buy them all up. | dusseldorf
31/1/2018 16:23 | My understanding is they put many AIM stock trades through NEX, but once the stock is only listed on NEX you won't be able to trade online. | ochs
31/1/2018 16:01 | Ochs - pretty sure I can trade online via Hargreaves as about 4 of my recent online purchases came through on Nex and not AIM only anomaly could be if I raised all of them as 'Fill or Kill', which involves a dealer - either way it was all online. | dusseldorf
31/1/2018 15:52 | Although you can trade on NEX via HL I don't believe you'll be able to trade online - so you'll need to ring them and pay their higher tele dealing rates. Just incase you weren't already aware. | ochs
31/1/2018 10:10 | The trades are not listed on advfn, but NEX just had a 1,500,000 LCG trade move (sell and buyback), which looks like a movement into SIPP or private transaction as spread was too small for roll-over. | dusseldorf
26/1/2018 20:25 | Dusseldorf. Just confused, if MM are so short of shares to sell to buyers why are they not simply raising the bid price to make some more shares available by thus encouraging holders to sell | jamesjjj
26/1/2018 17:17 | tomboyb - yeah. The buy trade at 4.22pm is someone elses worked order - they may have more ahead of me in the queue. I forced the trade through basically - certain MM's running on empty due to de-listing from AIM. Buy side is completely locked down. had to pay 10% over ask. | dusseldorf
26/1/2018 16:15 | 140k at 1.4p - Your buy duss - | tomboyb
26/1/2018 15:38 | Just had a buy order of 1.35p rejected by market. I guess no-one bar me and tommyb reading this....oh well upping to 1.45 then...(!) | dusseldorf
26/1/2018 15:27 | After those sells of 76k, 50k and 100k, the online sell limit has gone up to 725,000 shares - keep 'em coming boys(!) you're going the wrong way ;) | dusseldorf
26/1/2018 14:45 | Max online buy 10 shares@ 1.25p. Max online sell 675,000 shares@1.01p. #justsayin' | dusseldorf
26/1/2018 13:35 | Again, rediculous max online buy is 10 shares(!) | dusseldorf
26/1/2018 12:29 | I'm a bit disappointed it's taken them so long (although I have to acknowledge the sequence of events has worked out in my favour in terms of getting back in), but I have a theory its lining up for release after it's de-listed from AIM. No time to look at regs, but is there anything preventing Sabet from buying up free float on NEX market (any specific rule preventing it)? Perhaps AIM regs prevent crypto expansion in some way. You could take the view that he is also aware the shares are ridiculously cheap and de-listing from AIM gives him more options, which currently he is unable to do anything about. I'm also aware less regs gives him more power - but you'd be naive to think he hasn't held all the cards for several years. People should note Jasper Lawlers comment on twitter when I asked him recently about doing their own ICO (initial coin offering) for a crypto project. He highlighted risk as their objection, saying 'funding is not an issue' when I was highlighting how another FX broker raised $9m. If LCG's senior analyst believes 'funding is not an issue' for LCG, then it's logical to assume their trading is going well and/ or Sabet has buckets of cash. This in turn reduces - in my mind at least - the necessity to flood the equity with more shares. | dusseldorf
26/1/2018 11:57 | Duss i hear you - My average is a little higher not much below 1.75p - Providing cryto trading facilities would certainly boost the share price - | tomboyb
26/1/2018 09:10 | MM's buying at mid-spread 1.125 if anyone interested though I think I'm just talking to myself. Perhaps the recent rise will flush out a few sellers - or perhaps it won't. | dusseldorf
25/1/2018 13:34 | Jasper just confirmed LCG are still working on Crypto: | dusseldorf
25/1/2018 11:48 | ..so they are somewhat late. Cannot think they would ditch the concept of adding crypto given IG and others moved forward with it. | dusseldorf |
