NMS - I reckon plenty of those who piled into the spiking never looked to see that NMS is a mere 10k shrs, hence the mm's can swiftly draw back when the selling gets heavy and the buying is light/non-existent.

Currently (-8%) in real time, with the lowest bid on show now down to just 2p.

domple - the sheen remains, simply that there are more sellers than buyers today. One rumour a week or so ago was that results would be out yesterday. I suspect a few more bumps in the road to actually seeing results. Some say 'end of the month', but who knows. Boredom will lead some sellers of late.

It does seem as if the sheen has come off this one for the time being.

Despite the price fluctuations and apparent weakness the bid is fairly strong. Can sell up to 350,000 (£12.5k) at 3.56p/share...

p.s. Is anyone any the wiser re: when results are coming out? Seems to be alot of guessing and no definitive answer. I guess 'by end June' is the only line in the sand.

Having said the above, we may well find that those who were interested in selling have already done so - who knows - those shareholder no.s are nearly 6 months old. There are alot of new investors which will cause churn, but like you am hoping the results will help cement a new price floor and that it's onwards and upwards!

DD- thanks for the summary, I agree with your comments. Will be interesting to see the continued improvement in Revenues (at high Margin) versus the cost of investment in Product and the Market Campaign mentioned in previous update. Pretty sure there is a lot of "hot" money in here at the moment, so could retrace a bit in the short term.

Mister MD - I think it's simply a case of supply and demand. As the price was falling from 5-6p downwards (post mega dilution and poor results) the market would not take any volume. It probably meant that at the time any remaining insti from older days would be a forced to retain their holding whether they wanted to or not.

Now the market for shares is more buoyant I suspect some holders who've wanted out for some time are offloading. The suspects are:

% of Total
GLIO Holdings Limited......................................78.14% (not selling)
Charles-Henri Sabet*........................................2.06% (not selling)
London Capital Group Holdings Employee Benefit Trust........1.92% (not selling)
Pictet & Cie Geneva.........................................1.67% (could sell has 6.3m)
Marlborough UK Micro Cap Growth Fund........................1.64% (could sell has 6.2m)
Andrey Pavlov...............................................1.41% (could sell has 5.3m)
Legal & General UK Alpha Trust..............................1.34% (could sell has 5.1m)
Mr Stanislas Wawrinka.......................................1.32% (not selling)
Mr Francis D S Chapman......................................0.85% (could sell has 3.2m)
Peterhouse Corporate Finance Ltd............................0.76% (could sell has 2.9m)

91.11% held by 10 investors.

So even though 91% classed as 'tightly held', there is in fact:
2.9+3.2+5.1+5.34+6.2+6.3 = 29,000,000 held by entities who AFAIK are not related to the company

All of the 29,000,000 held (listed above) do not have to declare a shift in holdings as below 3%.

Factor in that many PI's have bought from 2.5p upwards and the price is 50% higher (and many lemming investors sell at loss when they get twitchy), and the volume churn is not really surprising. Don't forget that whilst we're not rocketing, we also haven't had any news yet and many PI's would have used extended settlement.

I find it odd that a few weeks ago there was no stock available to buy, and in the last few days we've had millions of shares bought. Is there a seller about or could it be some kind of forward selling of shares for a placing?
Dusseldorf, any ideas ?

yes, let's see. but, even still, it doesn't mean that when the share price was about 2.25p a few weeks back, and it rose to 4.6p today with people chatting about this on twitter last week, it hasn't been pumped and dumped. Now, it's dropped back down to 3.25. hmm....guessing some have made a few quid amid all the hype!

full agree we at at the bottom of the cycle any hint of confidance going forward at next set of results and the re rate will kick in , hopefully the volumes stay at these levels leading up to results should clear the seller

sigora - yep, no shortage of stock at present suggests still more large trades to clear. Until results are out its hard to feel 100% confident about the future (you just need to look at the fundamentals above to see it's not been plain sailing) as the company needs to demonstrate growth and traction overseas. I think it's early days for overseas given they've been advertising for the resources to expand.

That said, the recorded FY is 15 months old and FY16 should show dramatic improvement on all fronts, bar perhaps overheads, which I think will run at about the same level.

Positives I'm hoping for:
- FY revenue up at least 40%
- Net asset improved by 80% to 4.5p/share ish
- Loss reduced by 70-80%
- decent increase in new customer acquisition (perhaps only starting post year end as thats when the stand advertising kicked off)
- expansion into multiple overseas territories
- Reduction in ongoing overheads by moving core ops to Cyrus
- Minimal impact from government regs on leveraged trading
- Continued focus on returning to profitability in next years reported FY 17(in my view profitability starting this financial year, not in the coming 2016FY results)
